Well, it is day 25.

I am so busy that it has passed the point of ridiculousness!

Anyway, I wake up with strong and big hard-ons and when in public, the mere sight of hot females gets me going! Incidentally, I also get looks from them (they must surely sense on the molecular level that I am very, very full and horny as my sexual energy radiates all around me! )

Horniness is very high these days - 7-8/10.

But, it is always very high in the mornings when I wake up and my penis feels and looks much bigger than before - and sometimes, it feels pleasant to just grab it in one fist and not stroke at all, just to feel how big it has gotten. Day 30.

I decided to have a lengthy break from my militant schedule of revising and reading Nietzsche!

As before, I was ridiculously horny in the morning, but I found that it lowered as the day went on. I got a great deal amount of work done - due to not wasting time with porn, MB and online surfing as I would have done some 30 days ago.

On th whole, this AB period has been very fruitful and worthwhile and I have even been able to focus on my music and violin as well as handling study and academics and the like. I really recommend that people practise this so-called "sexual transmutation" - where you channel your sexual energy and time that would have been wasted on MB, into doing worthwhile activities; and then finally let nature take its course and produce a WD!

Anyway, these 30 days have been great and I (of course!) hope to go on indefinitely!

I am not focussing too much on WDs as I will just let nature surprise me with a sudden one, as she did before.

Anyway, that is my lengthy break over and my countless posts halted, as I go to sleep ready to wake up to another militant schedule of study!

I agree that not focusing on WDs themselves too much is a good idea. Focus on your studies and music (and be sure to get some physical exercise in there, too!), and like you said, let nature surprise you when you least expect it! That's the best. Otherwise, if you're thinking about sexual stuff too much, it can just get too tempting sometimes.

Day 35...

Ahhhhh.....ahhhhh....

Ok, so the last two days were chaotic with extreme horniness!!

But, get this - I am not on the brink of failure, because...the horniness is not for MB.

All will become clearer below:

In the last two days, I have been going out and enjoying the weather and generally doing things.

But, outside...(especially due to the hot and sunny weather!), there are a lot (and I mean a lot!!) of hot hot girls half(freaking!) dressed!!!

I mean - in the comfort of my own home without porn, I am a strong man. But, in public, I am a somewhat weaker man!

So, no issues with porn or MB - my only issue is with the real-life visual stimuli on the streets, in public!

In short - summer is a very, very sexy season!!

I have been quite distracted today due to high horniness and whatnot. Mean horniness level has been around 8/10! It is certainly increasing as the time goes on!

In the first few days of AB and after, horniness was really quite low - 3,4/10. Now, it has sky-rocketed.

But what is notable and positive is that it is not porn or the thought of MB that has made this horniness increase, but is a combination of high hormones and most especially the visual stimuli of hot girls 'enjoying' the summer...

If this is how it is now, one does wonder how the summer holidays will be... - God help we abstainers!

You're at that time where it's so frustrating, and like you said, you just really want some kind of sexual high, but man, that's when you are getting SO close to that WD!!! It's as if your body and mind have to get frustrated enough (sometimes) in order to produce that release on its own. If you give up now, it will be like searching for a buried treasure and giving up the quest when you are just around the corner from finding that place where X marks the spot! So after the chaos of yesterday, I am a bit better. But my horniness is very high - so much so, that I am moving about restlessly on my bed this morning and nearly humping my bed!

However, things are getting harder...much harder.
