Wednesday Day 27

Wow! Two more days until I break my best ab record. I am so full now I don't think I can hold another drop of semen. And horny too. The only reason I've made it this far is the way I've "edged" each morning since day 3. The self-imposed rules have to be followed exactly. This method is not "jerking off" without finishing. It's a planned and controlled, slow, sensual massage.

1. No touching or stroking except during the morning shower. If I take another shower in the evening, it's a quick wash and exit the shower.
2. Wash completely except for face and hair.
3. Start touching erogenous areas (for me it's pecs, nipples, abs and upper arms).
4. Soap up really good and start slow stroking of my penis, counting each stroke. It's important to focus on counting, and not start a fantasy in my head. The idea is to enjoy each stroke for the pleasure it provides, and nothing else.
5. No muscle tensing, breath holding or fast stroking. The goal is pleasure, not orgasm or ejaculation. You should never even get close to the "edge".
6. I only get 50 strokes. 50 is right for me because by about #20 I have a steel erection, and by 50 I am extremely turned on, but not about to cum. Others may choose a different number, but stick with it... adding extra strokes is not allowed.
7. If I seem to be progressing too fast, I slow down or take a 5-10 second break. I usually stop at 45, 47 and 49. Then enjoy the last looong double handed stroke.
8. Immediately after #50, duck my head under the shower and wash my face and hair.
9. Finish rinsing, get out, dry off and get dressed.
10. If I start feeling horny, full or want to cum during the day, I remind myself that tomorrow morning I will have another very pleasant "massage".

Saturday Day 30

Does the "always horny" thing a real thing? I am having one of the worst days of being horny ever.

The massage thing was a little confusing to me but maybe not. My guess is that you're stroking your penis? The rules and "schedule" that you listed says that you begin to rub your pecs, etc. Then you say stroking. I think that you mean your penis but it was a weird transition for me.

Thanks for the comment AndrewO. For me, light touching of my nipples and chest is a turn-on. It sorta gets me pre-heated for the stroking of my penis. As for "always horny", I have a more or less constant awareness of sexual tension. If I'm busy with something it's in the background, but if I think about not having a release in over a month I'll get a tingly wave of sexual feeling through my body. I think I'm getting better at enjoying even the urges... it feels good.

Tuesday Day 33

I find myself unexpectedly alone at home for the first time in a month. Having not ejaculated in 32 days, the temptation to cum is strong. If I can resist, the next time I will have adequate privacy will be late August. OMG it would feel sooooo good to blow a huge load right now. But then it would be over. If I can hold it for one month, I should be able to hold it for a second month. And every passing day is a new record for me. So I'm going to try my best to think about something else and keep going. I really don't expect a wet dream because I've never had one.

This morning I noticed some milky white stuff in the toilet after I peed. It must be semen, although I didn't feel any less full. It seems like it's been a very long time since I had an orgasm or ejaculation. Lately I've been getting more waves of sexual tension that make me want to release. It's hard to accept at the time, but I know if I just wait awhile the urge will subside. Like right now I am extremely horny and have a strong urge to cum. Early to mid afternoon is the time that I have the most urges. By 6 or 7pm things calm down and I'm OK. How can it be that a person can have a very strong urge to release cum, and then have the urge disappear without releasing? How can I ejaculate every single day for months, and then nothing for more than 34 days?

Still no wet dream, but then I don't really expect one. I'm feeling very good today... moderately horny, energized and no sudden urges.

I've read other posts here that after a long period of not ejaculating, guys begin to wonder if everything will still work OK. I am wondering the same thing, but maybe that's a mind game to get me to cave, and I'm not going there.

Day 40

I seem to be in equilibrium at this point. The earlier pressure has eased and is now a pleasant sense of fullness. The waves of horniness are smoother and more enjoyable than the previous strong urges. Yesterday I cut my slippery shower strokes from 50 to 40 because I'm becoming more sensitive and don't want to get too close to the edge.

It's still hard for me to believe that I've "edged" for 38 consecutive days without cumming. But it feels normal now to get really turned on and stimulated, but not cum.

Day 42, Thursday

Unlike most days, I had an urge to release this morning. It subsided after about an hour. Lately I have noticed a reduction in t-buzz. It was too good to continue indefinitely, probably due to the return of testosterone to more normal levels. It's still there, just not as intense.

On day 43 I felt the need to empty my pipes. Just had to do it. Felt great, but then I had the usual letdown.

Everything is perfect... horny, but liking it. And getting full, and it feels good. The morning shower "massage" helps me to maintain my AB (meaning no orgasm or ejaculation). It also gives me something erotic to look forward to in times of weakness. For me the no touch approach would be too difficult. From what I've read here, edging makes getting a WD less likely, but that's not my goal... if it happens OK, if it doesn't, that's OK too. What I would like to achieve is the ability to AB from ejaculation and orgasm, feel horny and t-buzzed most of the time, adjust to the full feeling, edge every day, and be in equilibrium with this over a long period of time.

The t-buzz has kicked in and I'm lovin' it. As I was lying in bed this morning I noticed a feeling of physical euphoria in my body... similar to that first drink of alcohol, but more physical than mental. From past ab experiences I've noticed that the best t-buzz comes as the testosterone level is rising. It apparently reaches a peak about 10 days after the last ejaculation. From there, the levels begin to return to baseline levels and the t-buzz diminishes. For me the best part of ab is being t-buzzed and extremely horny. Day 12 (Tuesday)

The ever present horniness is beginning to have a "need to cum" component. When thoughts of cumming enter my mind, I try to focus instead on how good the general horny and t-buzzed feeling is. It's almost time for the morning shower massage.

Another thought: I'm addicted to MB and ejaculation. Is it possible to rewire the addiction to include MB but without orgasm or ejaculation?
