I have decided to begin my log since 55th day - the majority of logs begins since the first days which have smaller probability of reception WD, therefore till 30th day most of them start becomes simply transfer of days.

Today 56th day of my abstention. 8 weeks have passed. Still no WDs, but still no MBs or any ejaculations.

Yesterday in bath I have noticed that my balls became heavier and have a little stretched down (usually they are pressed up) - approximately the same as at my entry puberty age before I have started to masturbate. Thanks to all the responders.

Day 60

Two record months of total abstention from any kind of sex.

Two days before I had depressive mood because of two months has passed, and at me WDs still haven't begun.

20 percent had WD within 8 days
40 percent had WD within 20 days
60 percent had WD within 33 days
80 percent had WD within 45 days
At 90% they have occurred within 60 days.

But this morning was hot to sleep in undies, therefore I have decided to take off and sleep nude between 6:30 and 8:30 a.m. with minimal risk to fill in bedsheet. After I have fallen asleep I had a dream with something sexual, but I can't recollect that there was concrete. I remember only that the object as that there wasn't - neither the girl, nor the boy. But further nothing has occurred.

I desided to stop to MB ever but it's very hard with such long WDs period. From the next week I will return to my usual sexual life with my partner. But no MB ever.

Have you thought at all about having sex as you like, but avoiding peak orgasm / ejaculation? This is what my wife and I prefer most of the time. We find it very enjoyable and satisfying. All that extra energy is nice to have. Your partner needs to be on board with this, though, ideally with the same goal in mind. It's a lot easier when you're helping one another along the way.

Jumping into this all at once, and from 60 days of abstention may not be feasible. We started with less than a day at a time-- make love in the morning or afternoon, "finish" that evening, and gradually extended the time periods as our self-control improved.

Right now I'm at 54 days since last ejaculation, which is a bit longer than usual, and have also had no WD. I've read some posters here who say that "edging" might make a WD less likely, and perhaps the way we make love is close enough to edging to have a similar effect? Oh, well... it works for us, and I'm not seriously after one anyway, just experimenting. Right now it feels like I could continue indefinitely, perhaps until her next time.

On the question of MB, I'm completely with you on that-- gave it up a couple of years ago, and haven't looked back.

Day 61. Still nothing to report except strong morning wood and strong desire to have sex.

polar, thanks for your advises, its very interesting. However it hardly approach me, because of mine partner. Avoiding peak is that I hardly can make and she won't understand it.

Third challenge started since 8/1/2011. Day 10

Last year I had two periods of 2-month total "dry" absistances (january-february and june-july), but WD still doesn't occur. Positive point is that during this year MB became not really important theme, and periods between MBs hardly increases - at 3-4 times a month. I think, it helps to make my "WD system" more healthy, and achive results less later. For today's I doesn't want to MB yet, and have healthy lifestyle (gym, diet etc.) New target is new 2-month total "dry" absistance till 8/3/2011, then with noMB and 2-3 sex a month.

Day 20

Usually I sleep in breefs, but this night I slept in boxer breefs.

Somewhere in 5 am I have woken up from very strong excitation which (unlike several last nights) in any way didn't want to pass. There was a strong sensation that I am close to orgasm, but it hasn't occurred. Before i dreamt about something raising, but I can't remember precisely.

Here I go again.

Nearly 2 months ago I had my first WD unexpectedly, after only near a week of abstaining. Last two years I had 2 to 3 mbs per month - till nearly a month ago, when I start totally abscence.

A day before my first WD i had a gym, then at the evening I dont have to eat too much, then shaved my p-hair area and fall to sleep.
