Hello everyone !  I tried alot again and again to abstain. Trying again and hope you guys give me tips. This site motivated me alot. I'm on Day 0 now. Hope you guys support me and can give alots of tips in abstaining from masturbation , I am really very very very enthusiastic in getting a wetdream. So some videos about it here specially of the guy named jamie and one more video dont know the name. Its really interesting. But I dont know how to get it fast and how to get it ... any good ways to get a wetdream please help. I am about to get 22 , masturbated alot almost everyday. Tried abstaining masturbation since a year and trying it agian now , hope you all lads support me. Day 0 . Just masturbated last time and thought late January 3 - 2010 be my last day of masturbation.

Yeah, man, remember--you are POWERFULMAN!!! haha How long did you manage to abstain for? Unfortunately, I don't think there is any shortcut to a WD, otherwise, most of us here would have took it, haha. But yeah, like dontgiveup said, the best policy is to be as "hands free" as possible down there, and to avoid watching porn or other things that stimulate you a lot. It seems counter-intuitive, but many of us have found that the less we spend time thinking arousing thoughts and playing w/ourselves, the more likely we are to get a wet dream. It's like your body then has to find another outlet for its sexual expression. Give it a shot!
