I have quit masturbating once before when I was 19 working on a stationary barge living dormitory style with 3 other people including my brother. After 35 days of abstaining from sex and masturbation I did not have a wet dream. I am now on my 14th night.
I have not had a strong urge to masturbate or touch myself at all lately and may be considering this a problem. I have a fear that if I get hard and reach down my pants I will want to jerk myself off to completion. I also am paranoid in thinking that every time i get erect i waste some fluids held in the reproductive areas kind of like the way in which dead sperm may or may not be reabsorbed as proteins into the body.
I take zinc and arginine which have been proven to aid in the production of prostate and other glands secretions but am not entirely sure if they have an affect. I wonder how long I will have to go until I receive a WD, or SE. Im sure if I waited a couple days and got really hard and thought sexual things I would be able to make myself cum hands free but I feel like that may be a waste of the juices I am working so hard to gain.

im on my 19th day. I have been trying to find pictures and more videos to help me understand the end product of a wet dream in a more concrete matter. Not much actual scientific quantitative studies have been done pertaining to wet dreams and this site is the only one i have found with actual evidence of a wet dream. I would like people to share with me the number of spurts experienced during a wet dream and the quantity of ejaculate produced. Pictures of underwear are interesting but prove little in that each spurt may or may not go through the underwear fabric.
I am also a smoker and through trying to abstain from masturbation i am trying to slowly quit my smoking habit from half a pack to a few a day to one a day, not only for health reasons but also for monetary concerns and sexual concerns.
Things i have noticed at 19 days is that while going to the bathroom if i have a hard stool that requires effort sometimes the extra pushing expels some clear seminal fluid.
Any tips on how long i will have to wait and as to which foods will help to produce a greater volume of semen?

okay im on my 47th day and no wet dream still. its pretty easy for me to not masturbate but i still watch porn but i just use the hands off method. i do notice that im peeing some semen out after i take a poo or after i pee. its weird. hopefully i can make it to sixty days and if by then i dont have one i will jerk off once and then start again after that. i feel like it might be best if i do it once every sixty days.
