Well everyone this is one of my favourite sites.I learned alot from you guys , I was a silent member and a very lazy person and did'nt registered myself here.
After reading alots of posts and coming to know that people do get wetdreams even after abstaining from masturbation I feel a lil scared . . but today I made my mind not to masturbate and live cleanly.I read alot about spontaneous ejaculation , precum , sperm , masturbation , mind masturbation , etc etc
What I came to know that you can only get wetdreams by living cleanly , not indulging yourself into new fetishes.I myself masturbated alot in mylife.I want to get rid of this habbit , I wont post more long stories which make your life hard.
Just want you to give advices . . What i learned from people who got wetdreams is that :
They dont watch porn , they exercise , and use hands off approach

Today on January 2 - 2010 I masturbated.Reason was a girl turning me on with her cam ... i got alots of drops out which made me so sad 
and i masturbated .. 3 times today so that all stuff gets out and does'nt disturbs me now i am back to DAY 0 again ..
i blocked and deleted her from msn and there is no girl like her which can turn me on say back to Day 0 .By the way during abstaining i did'nt touch my penis , nor masturbated with brain , not rubbed it , nor i watched porn... just did it today and i'm so sorry and embarrased
this time I'll not chat to any girl or do anything which turns me on see ya later . I'll keep posting

I hear ya man, we all have our weak spots, and you did the right thing by deleting her contact so you don't fall into that trap again. One word of advice, though, if you mess up again, avoid the temptation to masturbate 3 times, haha. If you only do it once, it's not as big of a deal, bec basically it won't set you "back" as far. Bec as you know, even after doing it once, you still had plenty of juice left. If that was the only time you did it, your body would still be looking for another outlet probably sooner than it would otherwise, plus, each time your masturbated, it's like you got more and more used to that old pattern of seeking your pleasure/release that way. Don't beat yourself up over it! But next time, avoid that temptation, and I think it will work to your benefit.
