The first thing i am doing after getting a WD is not bathing but coming here and posting and thanks to you guys hav to bath and please read my thread the last one too .. after hard work of 110 + days i did'nt get anything i was i about to get addicted to masturbation but i dont know i gave my 100% and wasn't getting disappointed and @ DAY 3

Congratulations on getting a WD!
I can see from your posts that you have been trying to quit MB and smoking for a long time. Just be careful, because one WD will not take away the temptation to MB.
I suggest that you see this as a change in your whole lifestyle. Keep going to the gym and taking care of your body and health. Replace old habits with new ones. And do it as a nonsmoking full time wet dreamer.

Keep up the non smoking too. I quit smoking 3 years ago by chewing mint toothpicks for the first 6 months. Non smoking produces better blood flow equalling better sex, be it WDs or the real thing.
