I can see from your posts that you have been trying to quit MB and smoking for a long time. Just be careful, because one WD will not take away the temptation to MB.

Congrats 1Dj! Keep up the non smoking too. I quit smoking 3 years ago by chewing mint toothpicks for the first 6 months. Non smoking produces better blood flow equalling better sex, be it WDs or the real thing.
