Day 18

I have been abstained for 18 days now. I have a little little bit edging and porn once or twice, but those are not close to ejeculation. I am not sure if it would delay wd.

During these 18 days, I have never had any sexual dream. (actually i seldom have that) and not singal of having that. I am wondering if it really takes a extremely long time for me to have a wd.

Well, I do know that porn can make you more prone to masturbating.
I also know that edging can delay wet dreams. The reason for this is you are still technically masturbating, but without ejaculating. Your body gets pleasure out of it, so it doesn't need a route for sexual release such as a wd.

Congrats on 18 days. I recently messed up my last record over something stupid. I know that dreams of wds are not always sexual... in fact some of them can be things that make you happy and such.

Actually my longest record is 34 days and end up without wd. But at that time i can achieve that because I was so sick in hospital. I am not sure if i could not have wd until after 34 days, or the reason of not having wd last time is because of my sickness.

My longest was 33 days, and being sick also helped me get started. I never had a wd either... not one really, but I was already experiencing signs that I was getting close. I messed up earlier in the week over something stupid, and now I'm at day 4.

I didn't start noticing more things until after I gave up edging completely. So this time around I'm going to the total hands off approach and no stimulation. I am sure I will have one this time around.

Day 19 - Last night still don't have any sign of sexual dream, so not even wd. I just had dream of daily life of work, study and ppl around me. Today I am having a very busy day, so do not have chance to think about sex.

I am thinking would the type of underwear affect wd? I am not sure and maybe someone have experience can share.

I heard other ppl would feel their penis would be very full and sensitive after long abstain, but i still do not have any feeling like that after 19 days. But at least less motivation to mb, maybe I start to get use to it.

Answer to your Question. I personally have had wet dreams whilst sleeping with my tighty-whities, and in the buff. So I would say it matters not.

Day 20!! --- Today is my day 20. Less sexual feeling during day time. Having a busy day is really good for my abstain.

I am still considering the effect of underwear on wd. Also, it sounds pc exercise relevant to wd, can anyone tell me?

u've done great to achieve 24 days of abstaining. u must be close to it.
some people get them in 30 days, but more people get them after more than that.
1dj got his after 110 days! so really it's all about patience.
but believe me, the long wait worths it.

Thanks, and I would keep on. 110days sounds really really far

I will have my long long annaul leave soon, and I would have chance to stay home alone. Thats would be a great temptation, bless me.

BTW, now when i go to bed, I would sleep straight ahead. No even tough, or not even think if I could have wd. Trying to be relax.

However, i find most of my dream are about my works. i am thinking would that stress resulting a delay in my wd.

by 60 days you should have a big WD ..so only 1 month to go for you.

dun tink that will affect your result. many FMs wheile abstaining from MB waiting for their WD also experience leakage of semen just like you.

DAY 35

I have finally break my record of 34 days when I was in hospital!!!!

Things start to change after I have broken the record, last night, I finally have some sex dream. But thats very funny that I dream of having wet dream. The dream is so real that i thought I really had wd. Although finally turn out that I did not have one yet, but i think its a good start for me.

DAY 40!!!

Cannot imagine i can go through Day 40 now.

Recently, I am having holiday so I have so many chance to stay home Alone. Thats really a great temptation to abstain from mb. However, I force myself to read some other information rather than porn site. Thats USEFUL! I find that one of the origin to start MB is porn site, so if you want to keep abstain, first you need to go away from those.

However, the experience of not have any more sex dream + the long time I have wait for my wd discourage me a lot.

I need you guys encouragement!!!

Day 41

I start to get mad now. 41 days is not easy for me. Today I have a super desire in mb or sex or whatever. I feel that my penis and prostate is so full now,and I really want to get release. Even at the time when I having dinner, I sudden have a super desire and feel very horny. I told myself not to get into any temptation or I would be in Day 0. I really need a wd soon I think, or I will break my abstain.

But I still dunno why I really dont have sex dream (only once for which I dream to have wd) ? It seems that my sex thought would "transfer" into my dream time.

What is missing for me?

I just know 2 fds of my, who havent mb for around 1-2 week time, getting wet recent morning. I feel very very jealous about that as I am in Day 43 but nthing happened

^^It takes a long time for the body to switch into WD mode. I recall it took me about 2 or 3 months of abstinence to have my first WD. Just try and be patient and think of it as a test of your will power. Goodluck!

Things do not change......but few nights before, i dream thats many hot ppl around me, but i was waken up by the phone, damn it.
