I happened to come across this forum by accident but reading the posts really made me look at my life differently. I was never one of those kids who wanted to MB as I felt no desire to do so, I took a lot of flak for this in high school especially when The 40 Year Old Virgin came out! My first MB experience was a complete accident heavily influenced by high school, ever since then it has become a addiction of sorts, one that other members have also commented about here.

After reading through a few journals on this site I found a motivation to stop, almost all the journal entries make mention of how ones life has improved after stopping MB, not just improving on a sexual level but a more personal and pure level beyond that. I don't recall having a WD in the past, and I'm not really pursuing this goal for one, if it happens it happens!

So far I've gone a few days without MB'ing, I felt the need to do it yesterday but I found this forum and the urges suddenly stopped. The impressions I am getting from other people on this forum is they also believe MB messes you up, the way you feel, the amount of energy you have, etc in comparison to other natural forms of ejaculation, am I right in saying this?

I also noticed many posters claiming simply touching their penis at a urinal to relieve themselves would cause them to ejaculate, essentially like MB'ing. Is this normal? Was it because of a work out schedule? It seems kind of odd at first glance, does MB'ing permanently screw you up for the rest of your life?

3-4 years after my first one I feel I should put a stop to my MB habit, this forum definietly seems like a good place to begin! Welcome Gill! You have come to the right place. I was addicted to MB for a long time. I abstained and sure enough I got a wet dream. Journal your feelings. You will notice a change in your body within 3-5 days of abstaining. You will feel rather horny, but also feel confident and have a sense of aggression about yourself. You will not feel guilty about lapsing into another MB spell. MB becomes less satisfying and eventually loses its appeal all together. Squeeze: Well as far as I can recall that is, perhaps I did have one but never realized it. I've never really thought about when I hit puberty to be honest, I'm sure it was between the 12-14 age range although I can't recall a exact age.

So far so good on my quest, although I seem to have a issue. I rarely have a erection now and my overall "hornyness" level has decreased significantly. Is this normal? Should I MB to attempt to "fix things"? It seems to vary from accounts I've read so far that claim it was really tough for people to control this kind of stuff when they tried to stop.

As far as I can recall of course. The first time it felt kinda weird, I didn't know what was happening in a sense but the muscle contractions felt good and eventually there was cum. It felt odd at the end, I didn't know what to do at that point, emotionally I felt a bit different after realizing what I had done, eventually it just became a addiction that I could not control, until now of course.

Hey Gill. Goodluck in your quest. As far as MB being a bad thing is concerned. It just becomes an addiction like drugs, where the more you do it, the more you need a stronger hit to get high. It also zaps a persons psychological and physical energy. Then there's the guilty feelings of shame. The benifits of WDs, which don't zap your energy, or leave you feeliing ashamed, far out weigh what ever instant gratifications of MB'ing. I run, swim, write, and read books instead. Oh ya, and forms like this one are great. Lots of encouragement and inspiration.
