Day 11 - 7:53am

Survived another night. I had a couple of dreams, but nothing sexual. I awoke this morning with hardly no morning wood, though I did begin to get an erection as I laid in bed for a while, because my mind was thinking sexual thoughts. I may have had a drop of precum, but overall arousal level was not too terribly bad.

Does anyone observe when abstaining that they have two or three days of intense horniness, by a lull of two or three days of little horniness. My week of horniness can look something like this on a scale from 1-10 when abstaining.

Today has been a rather quiet day. I had some mild tension at times today. My fish oil and whole food multivitamin came in the mail today. I hope they help with everything. WOW 21 days

Well it just so seems that I have made it past the three week mark. Today I think I was heading toward a wet dream. But I woke up before I approached ejaculation. AWESOME MORNING WOOD! Last night threw my sleep cycle out the window. I had worked a long day, and then went to downtown Nashville to celebrate my friends 26th birthday. I am not an avid drinker of alcohol, but last night I had 5 beers and I was feeling a strong buzz. I sobered up a couple of hours before bed, and I got home around 130am. I have heard alcohol has an adverse effect on libido. But to me it seems to be the opposite. Do any other guys have this similar experience. My theory is that the alcohol relaxes my body more than usual and that I pass out quicker and seem to sleep more deeply. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Yea! I am at the 30 day mark with no MB. The past week has been surprising not too difficult. I went camping this past weekend and had some real good morning wood out in the brisk morning air. Had a close call last night. I was at one of my guy friends house. We have fooled around before. As we were laying on the couch, I quickly got a strong erection.
