I dont remember the last time I masturbated but Im going to count this as Day 3.  The longest I gone was 12 days. A huge factor that I just remembered from how I abstain for so long was that I found something more amusing to do on the computer than watch porn. And porn seems to be my only cause for masturbation apparently. Anyway, this was also during the last days of school so I kept very busy. Whenever I get the chance, I would play an old n64 game on an emulator which was very fun and I didnt have a single thought to watch porn or masturbate. I'm going to experiment and try something different. I'm going stop myself from mental stimulation for now on or to add more to it. Meaning I will go without porn, basically anything that will get me sexually excited, and too definitely "Try" to stay away from the computer for 30 days, first. I take allergy medicines every once in awhile. and thats pretty much it... why?
I went 3 days without ejaculation...
And my greatest factor was video games to not mb... Lol... but since school started im just stressing out alot... I have no time for videos either...
No mental/physical stimulation:Day 0

I asked because meds can affect you, and stop WDs from occurring. Allergy meds could do this, theoretically. Also other meds could help you to abstain, tramadol in particular, which is an unscheduled* analgesic. *In most regions.Can't conceal what I feel
