If looking at pornography is successfully tempting you to MB most times after you look at it - and this is directed towards Brain or anyone else who uses pornography whilst attempting to abstain from MB - then stop looking at it. It's a bit like trying to stop drinking alcohol, but continuing to buy beer and put it in your refrigerator. Your actions are leading you to fail.

I devoted myself to always turn away from porn. Just ignore it, and get rid of it. Also, I'm sure no one wants to have a porn-related WDs, because it STILL makes you feel bad.

In other words, keep off the porn forever if you want to be a full-time WDer.

big goals lead to disappointment (sp?) if not achieved. (30 days is a gib goal for me) which makes me really disappointed if i dont achieve it. So for now on, im just gonna keep it cool and stick to short term goals.

Lol I remembered the neuro-chemical thing and everytime my mind wants to watch porn, I would think to myself the 2 week hormornal disturbance and convince myself that I wont watch porn.

Day 5. this week has been really good. I joined wrestling and I get access to the weight room. I've also meditate more often now... so its all good... hope i dont give in this time.

going great, but forgot to meditate this morning so i had somewhat of a stressful day. i literally dont get as much erections as i used to when i would abstain but watch porn. this is the longest i been without watching porn or edging (well a little bit yesterday, but wasnt as bad).

:doh: okay so i gave in on day 10 because my classmates were talking about this pornstar and i was kinda curious so i went home and did a google search and i watched a few videos. after that, i now wanted a release, so i swallowed a tylenol and drank alot of water. I woke up in the middle of the night very horny so i was rubbing my penis through my clothes and then i ejaculated. I think repressing MB/porn will eventually lead to MB/porn. So im just going to continue meditation like before and enjoy the t-buzz.

This time I will not watch pornagraphy no matter what during my wet dream journey.

^^The hot bathtub is a real abstinence killer. I've fallen prey to the hot soapy, seemingly innocent water. Just a little edging, and the next thing you know, you've gone over the edge and its too late. A hot oil bath with candles and a good herbal tea is awesome though. As long as one can keep their thoughts non sexual and physical, and feel more intellectual and spiritual instead. Meditating while bathing would work. Good luck! :D
