Good job man. Stay away from porn, it messes with your brain like drugs do. An Orgasm has a similar effect as heroin on the brain. An orgasm caused by porn will only make you want more porn.
You will still be horny without porn and without MB. The key is to channel that extra sexual energy into more productive things than flogging your log.

If u MB dust yourself off and try again. The goal is to not be a compulsive MBer. I have gone from MBing once a day to once a week or less over the past couple of years.

I find MB pleasurable, but not satisfying. If it satisfied me I would not need another fix. Learning to maintain a constant buck wild horniness is what I want! I want that horniness harnessed and used appropriately as well.

God made us sexual beings and a sex drive. When God made Adam and Eve he said his creation was.very good! So our sex drive is a blessing and created to help us be fruitful and multiply.

What u need to work on is not letting your sex drive be your master but learn to be the master over your sex drive.

Okay... I still have these unwanted fantasies in my head... but theres this voice in my head everytime when I think about them "I will not indulge in sexual activity"... can anyone explain this?

yesterday, when I was meditating I was in a very deep state of consciousness. I felt a greater portion of my brain than I usually did. I remember the good o'days around the same time last year when I opened my 6th chakra "pineal gland". I dont know if I'm correctly explaining my experiences but meditation is the number one thing I always loved to do.

After some abstaining working out can be a little too pleasurable experience. I've ejaculated once doing squats and once doing abs with ab-wheel. Those would never happen without abstaining and it shows how horny you can get. But... I think its basicly just another form of MB.

^ I mean indoctrination. The school system is there to teach you a version of events that the ruling elite want you to believe. So in history lessons for example, you'll be taught a version of history that's deemed correct. For example, the West come out as the 'good guys' usually. The Holocaust-theory you're taught is false too. Same with science - vaccinations do not work, in fact they cause harm, but you'll be taught in your science class that they're safe and effective. Think for yourself, you need to do your own research to find the truth.

I could see through indoctrination quite easily and analytically. I think the school system has a long history and its way to complex for the whatever the "ruling elite" wants me to believe. As we grow and experience, we learn how to think for ourselves by knowledge and understanding of society past and present. Well except for the individuals that are easily swayed by advertising and word of mouth. And I know a good amount of the holocaust not just from sources made by the west. I'm not really interested in taking vaccines or pills anyways.

anyway, i cant really focus in class sometimes because of fascinations and great expectations of the future, but now I'm trying to focus my mind on the present moment which is working out well

I'm also restricting myself from over-use of the computer on the weekdays to keep myself from watching stuff that will get me aroused.

Come on, you can do it! This might help:

My activities. Keeps me non-aroused.

Morning:
Get ready for school. Shower. Etc. Get on bus.

Afternoon(after school):
Go home. Rest for a few minutes(as in sit down). Do chores/family activities.
Do homework. I spend a lot of time on it. Not only will that improve your grade, it is probably the most anti-arousing thing you can do lol. Play video games. Always appropriate ones, of course. You can play some great time wasters to get you through those first couple weeks. Wash face. Brush teeth. Head to bed. Draw. Sleep. End.

Awesomeness. I just had my first wetdream... after 5 days! this is insane lol :dance:

Okay, so yesterday I was having a very bad day, and I got a very painful headache and my thighs were sore, my back was sore i just felt very bad :( . when I came home from school I used the computer a little bit then had a 3 hour nap. woke up, ate food. still felt some pain. swallowed some tylenol, went to sleep. I took one tablet.

I dont really know the number of it but its "extra-strength mapap".

Im not sure if the tylenol contributed to my wet dream but I think it was my tiredness and fatigue which lead to my deep sleeping/dreaming.

^ It may have possibly contributed; in my experience medicines can affect me and increase the chances of me having an NE/WD. I took some pain medicine a few nights ago, and had a great NE that night. I knew I was dreaming so it could have been a WD, but I couldn't remember any erotic dream form that night when I awoke, although I know I had an NE.
