Had a WD this past Thursday - my second since discovering this site and probably about the 12th in my entire life (not certain of the exact # - I only specifically recall 8 of them but know that I had a few more than that). I figured if I keep a journal with all the information in one place, it might help in determining if there is a pattern to the WDs. What I noticed so far is

1. I tend to get them within a few days to 2 weeks since the last ejaculation. If I go longer than that, I either get a SE or I cave and MB.
2. They tend to happen when I don't expect them and when I'm not particularly horny. In other words, the nights I go to bed thinking I will probably have one, I never do.
3. They tend to happen when I am stressed or anxious about something. When I was younger, I remember getting them when I was either having exams or anxious about what the results of the test would be. The last two happened after stressful events at work.

With the most recent two WDs, I have also noticed increased arousal during the days following the WD.

I'm hoping that if I can resist the temptation to cave in to MBing as a quick fix, I can get another WD and start having them on a regular basis like some of the other guys on the site.

It has been 5 days since I last had a WD. I noticed the morning after the WD that I was precumming a decent amount but that stopped by late morning. Today, I noticed it was back and felt some leaking out thoughout the day. If anything, it probably means that another WD is NOT imminent because the last two came without anything I can recall that signaled I would be having one. However, I just wanted to record this in the off chance that I get one so I can see if there is any pattern to how I feel right beforehand.

As expected, the increased precum production didn't translate to getting a WD. It has been a week since the WD - my last ejaculation - and I can feel the pressure building. I felt close to having a SE while driving today and tried to find something to distract myself to get the feeling to go away. One benefit is I has a really great workout today and was able to do some really intense squats and deadlifts. I doubt I will get a WD tonight but it would be nice to relieve some of the tension.

I noticed having some really vivid dreams later that night. Nothing sexual though, just really vivid dreams that I could clearly remember upon waking up. Not worth going into details as the dreams themselves weren't that interesting. I'll have to see if there is any correlation between high intensity workouts and dreaming.

Early this morning I did have some sexual dreams. Don't remember all the details but basically I was watching porn in the dream. I woke up in real life and felt on the verge of cumming but didn't. Then I tried to get back to sleep and back into the dream. I was able to sleep some more but didn't have any more sexual dreams.

Between the vivid dreams I had the night before, the almost WD from this morning, the fact that it has been a little over a week since my last release, and planning to bust my butt in the gym today, I'm hoping I just might have a WD tonight.

While working my abs today, I had to back off a couple of times and cut the sets short because I could feel a SE coming on. I've been having feelings off and for the last few days that a SE could happen so I'm doing what I can to try to prevent them. I'm taking it to mean that the tanks are full and ready for a release. I figure I have about another 5 days or so where I am most likely to get a WD. It seems that if it doesn't happen within 2 weeks or so of my last ejaculation, then the window of opportunity passes and I won't get one even if I continue abstaining for 40 or 50 days or more. So I am keeping my fingers crossed that if I continue abstaining and preventing SE for the next several days, I may be able to get another WD.

Man, I've been experiencing the same a couple of times. It's annoying and kinda frustrating when you're trying to abstain. I actually even ejaculated once working out in privacy.



Been experiencing this too. Well, I never made it 40 days without ejaculation but... On my 60 some days abstinence the WDs came pretty often at first, then suddenly stopped and didn't get a single one anymore.



Heh, I'll confirm this from my own part too.

I should have wrote that in the past, when I abstained from MB and didn't get the WDs within the first couple of weeks, I wound up getting SEs. So I didn't go the whole 50+ days without ejaculation. Right now I'm trying to work on ways to prevent the SEs and redirect things so I get WDs instead.

Woke up from having a dream in which I had a WD! Can't remember all the details but in the dream I was having a dream and then woke up (in the dream) while ejaculating. I was pretty exited and checked out my underwear and they were wet (in the dream) and then I woke up for real and realized I has just dreamed the whole thing. Oh well, the dream was still nice!

Also, the feelings of being on the verge of a SE have subsided over the last day so that is a positive.

I've had that same dream before, aficionado.... was a little disappointed when I woke up to nothing!

It has been 2 weeks since the last WD and 10 days since I last MB. Things have been quiet the last couple of days. I wonder if I have passed the window of opportunity for another WD? Anyhow, I plan to keep abstaining from MB but I'm pretty certain I'll be getting lucky in the sex department this weekend so that will probably delay another WD.

Well, no sex over the weekend and no WDs either. I am getting close to the 20 day point where I usually get a SE if I haven't had a WD or MB or had some other type of release. Plan to keep on abstaining to see what happens.

Things have been really uneventful the last few days. No dreams that I can recall, no precum, no morning wood etc. Maybe there is a spike in testosterone that occurs a week or two after the last ejaculation and then levels off?

Horniess tends to spike for a week or so after the ejaculation, so I guess it's reasonable to speculate the testosterone level occurs with same pattern, as its level is directly linked to horniess level.

Please keep abstaining and not let SE occur, I really look forward to your next WD and your detailed report about how you feel about it. You are getting there really close, it will come to you!!!

I was hoping to get a 2nd WD during the month of May but I guess it wasn't meant to be. I did have some pretty wild dreams over the weekend - including a couple of very realistic sex dreams. Yesterday, I woke up with my penis having some contractions but I didn't actually ejaculate. I also noticed the precum production has increased again. No SEs and no close calls as far as those are concerned. Plan to keep abstaining and see what happens.

It has been 4 weeks since my last WD - and my last ejaculation. Actually, I'm suprised I haven't had another one by now, even if it is just a SE and not a WD. I haven't been tempted to MB or even edge so I plan to continue abstaining and see what happens. The horniness during the first couple of weeks after the WD seems to have gone away although lately I sometimes leak some precum during the day even though I'm not aroused.

I'll be sure to post it when something happens - and maybe submit a photo as well. Last night I had a nightmare that I was being kidnapped and I was trying to call out for help and no sounds were coming out. Then as I finally was able to shout in the dream, I woke up. I had an erection - I mean rock hard - and felt those pulses that happen right before ejaculating - but I guess I woke up too soon and the moment passed and nothing else happened. I was able to fall back asleep and wasn't too disappointed because it would have sucked to have wasted a WD on a weird nightmare! So I'm hopeful that I'm getting close and will be able to report that I had a WD - with a nice dream to go along with it.

Well, I was presented with the opportunity to have sex late last night and not having had an ejaculation in over 30 days, of course I took it!

Maybe it will delay getting a WD or maybe not - I seem to either get them within a couple of weeks of my last ejaculation or else I can co well over a month and still not get one. I'm definitely going to keep abstaining from MB and see what happens.

40 days without MB as of today! The last few days have been pretty quiet and I've been too busy to think about sex. I plan to continue to abstain and see what happens.

Woke up this morning and noticed a small wet spot on my underwear. Looking closer, there were 3 small spots, each less than the size of a dime and a little precum was still oozing out although I was only a little chubbed and not fully erect when I woke up. After not thinking about sex much at all for several days, I noticed my horniness level was back up yesterday and this morning as well. Don't see MB as an option at this point but my body seems to be begging to bust a nut! Will continue to abstain from MB (44 days now and 10 days since the last ejaculation) and see what happens.

Horniness level has been increasing the last couple of days. Interesting how it seems to come and go in cycles. Today, there were times I was so horned up it was hard to focus on anything. A couple of times I thought I might SE but I didn't. If the past is any indication, the fact that I'm so horny means that I probably WONT get a WD tonight but man, I feel like I need to bad! Woke up so close to having a WD and can't get back to sleep now. The dream was very real and hot. Still no WD and actually no dreams at all last night - at least none I recall. I've commented before on how it seems that when I get a WD it has always been within 2 weeks of the time I last ejaculated. Although I wonder if the window of opportunity has passed for me to get one with this go around of abstaining, I don't want to MB and fall back into that habit so I plan to just keep abstaining for good.

Made it to 50 day mark without MB. 48 days since last WD and 17 days since last ejaculation. Had some pretty vivid but nonsexual dreams the last couple of nights. Still woke up with some serious morning wood though! Enjoying the T-buzz without feeling super aroused like I did a few days ago. Hoping to break the pattern of either getting a WD within 2 weeks of the last ejaculation or not getting one at all. Guess the only way to find out is to continue to abstain which is what I plan to do.

Had sex yesterday. Noticed that sex seems to be more intense when I haven't MB in a while. I also noticed that with sex as opposed to MB, I don't seem to have the let down I get from MB. Still feeling a strong T Buzz today and still feeling pretty horny. I've gone 55 days without MB at this point and don't have any desire to start again. So in the last 55 days, I've had 1 WD and ejaculated twice via sex. Hoping to have another WD to even things up!

Nice to see that you have made it past 60 days. It does take a lot of effort. I have just started my journey and these logs like yours are helpful. One question I wanted to ask is if you notice any difference working out when your horniness and test levels are at there peak. I know testosterone promotes aggressiveness and is anabolic. Does this go well with your workouts? I wrote this question somewhere in the miscellaneous section but maybe it does not make a difference to training? Anyway keep on going.

I find that I usually feel stronger and that I can up the weight and/or squeeze out a couple extra reps when the T Buzz seems really strong. I do feel a bit more aggressive at times but I see that as a positive not a negative - it certainly isn't to the point that I'm having something like a roid rage or anything. I just feel a bit more confident and outgoing and with respect to the workouts, feel I can put a bit more into them. The only downside as far as working out goes is that I sometimes have to cut my ab sets short because I feel like I might have a SE.

Had sex again early a.m. today. Strange - it seems that with abstaining from MB, I'm having sex more than usual - not that I'm complaining! The good thing is that it is more intense and pleasurable than when MB regularly. Now if I can just get some WDs also......
