Day 50 and halfway through February! No doubt that I will successfully complete abstaining through the end of the month. Sure would be nice to get a WD by then as I haven't had one in about a year.

Day 53

Interesting experience last night. I don't remember the dreams clearly but I woke up twice and each time I was experiencing contractions like when you are about to ejaculate. Each time I felt right on the verge when I woke up but didn't actually ejaculate. In the past, I usually had a hard time falling back to sleep after having woken up with a raging erection but I was able to easily fall back to sleep both times. I know the dreams were definitely dry but I noticed a decent amount of precum in my shorts this morning - still leaking actually as I type this. Maybe tonight I can jump the track and go all the way for a full blown WD!

Hoping for another WD while giving no thought to MB, as you seem to be doing (as opposed to resisting MB), is probably the mindset of many full time WDers, and may play a significant role in getting them.

Day 54

No WD last night and no almost WDs either. Interestingly, I had a bit of insomnia last night and had trouble getting to sleep and trouble getting back to sleep after waking up. I wasn't aroused though, just unable to sleep. I WAS aroused quite a bit earlier in the day and was leaking precum a fair amount of the day. Not sure what any of this means as far as getting a WD but figured I'd record it to see if there is any pattern once I get my next one.

Day 57

Was leaking during the days for a couple of days but that seems to have stopped yesterday. The last few days I woke up from sleep several times with rock hard erections. Don't remember dreams and I wasn't close to ejaculating when I woke up. Other than that, just continuing to abstain.

Day 64

Not much to report. Have woke up with some really hard erections lately but that it about it.

I haven't ejaculated at all in 30 days which is interesting. Usually, by this point, I'll get a SE if nothing else. Also I don't currently feel like I HAVE to ejaculate or I'll go nuts which is sometimes the case after 2 weeks or more without busting a nut.

I'm planning on continuing to abstain through March and hopefully will have a WD to report that month.

Day 66

I had an incredibly realistic dream last night. In the dream I was lying on my back MB - nothing too spectacular about that, although I haven't had a dream where I MB in quite some time. What was really amazing is when I ejaculated in the dream. It seemed to go on forever with spurt after spurt. I mean it felt like an entire ocean was being released. It felt so great! I don't recall waking up right after but had a clear recollection of the dream upon waking up this morning. It wasn't a wet dream - at most there was some precum that seeped out. Still, it was one of the best feeling dreams in recent memory. Hope the next one is a WD. Til then, I will continue to abstain.

One more thing - yesterday was a pretty stressful day for me. Don't know if that had anything to do with triggering the dram?

Day 70

Had a SE yesterday. It happened after I peed and was a full ejaculation but without strong contractions. There may have been some pulses, but it was basically like I was pissing semen.

Haven't MB and still hoping for a WD.

Hm, at day 70 I wouldn't be surprised if that happened.
I'm sure you will get a wd though.

Day 74

Had sex on 3/8. Between the SE and that, I'm not expecting a WD anytime soon.

I haven't been on this site for months but thought I'd check in as I had a couple of almost WDs the last few days - the kind where you're right on the verge of ejaculating but wake up up just a little too early for it to actually happen. Anyhow, I figure I'll hold off on MB and see if I can get another one.

Haven't posted anything in a long time. The last WD I had is still the one I had back on 5/7/2009 so it is coming up on a couple of years now. Fell off the wagon for a while but back to abstaining. I've felt a couple of almost WDs the last few days and felt close to having a SE a couple of times. Plan to keep abstaining and see what happens. Seeing all you other guys keeping your hands off keeps me encouraged to keep it up.

FAIL! Fell of the wagon on 3/22/2011. At least it felt GREAT. But I did it just once so maybe it won't set me back too far...

Haven't posted in forever. Sad to say after my last post, I went back to MB and was MB at least a couple of times a week and often daily or at least every other day. But, I was really busy last week and yesterday I realized it had been almost a week and now I'm definitely feeling the T buzz and want to keep that feeling going. So I'm back in the AB mode and figured updating this thread will keep me motivated to keep in with AB. Maybe I'll even get a WD!

Day 9

Woke up a couple of times last night feeling my penis having contractions - kind of like it was trying to or on the verge of ejaculating. No WD but it felt kind of cool. The waking up to contractions has happened other times I have AB but don't recall it happening otherwise.

This is my first stint of AB in which I have experienced that waking up to contractions. And it has happened every night since I had that first WD in 30+ yrs. 7 nights ago. I agree it feels kinda cool, but nothing compared to that real WD.

Yeah, the contractions don't compare to a WD by any stretch of the imagination. But I still take it as a sign that SOMETHING is happening.

DAY 10 here. Nothing much to report. No contractions last night, not particularly horny. Just feeling increased energy and a sense of well being.

I also take the pulsating erections as a hopeful sign that something is going on "down there" (though that's not really accurate: this sexual energy thing is really a whole body experience). Ironically, I had the same experience as you last night: no waking up with a pulsating erection (after I had 7 straight nights of that happening!), but still energized today.

Looking back over my journal the last three years, I see where I've gone 70 plus days without MB but I don't think I ever went a full 100 days. So that's my goal at this time. And hopefully getting a few WDs in the process!

I put the goal in my signature line so now I HAVE to do it, right?

Btw, nothing much new to report. No particularly horny, no near WDs or waking up with contractions last night but I did have trouble staying asleep. Also noticed that it looks like I'm starting to shed excess semen when I pee but not having SEs or anything. Just see little white globules floating around when I'm done.

Hope you have better luck sleeping: seems to me that good, solid sleep would be a pre-req for WD's.

Day 14

Experiencing one of the downsides of AB. At least for me, it seems insomnia is a more common occurrence when I AB. On the plus side, I have definitely been feeling the T buzz the last couple of days. Kind of like I am more masculine and virile if that makes any sense. It feels good! OK - was up and couldn't sleep so I thought I'd log in here but gonna try to force myself to get some shut eye or else I will be a zombie tomorrow.

Hey thanks. You're right. There is something that feels very right about AB - even in the absence of many WD. Part of the reason I keep coming back to it.

Day 15

Good news: I made it past the two week mark!

Bad news: In the past when I had a WD it was always within 10 days to two weeks of my last ejaculation. Otherwise, I tend to get SEs. I'll keep up with AB though to see if I can break that cycle. From now until day 100 I'll probably just post once a week or every 10 days in this journal unless something significant happens. Would love to be able to have a WD and take pics (something I've never done before) to prove to myself that I can still get them!

Day 17

Started getting a really heavy and full feeling in my balls. Horny, but not exceptionally so. More of just having a feeling of REALLY needing to release. Not tempted to MB though. Still, having a release would feel like a huge relief right about now.
