Had a small SE when using the bathroom yesterday. No advance warning, was totally soft and there were no contractions. I just felt something and looked down and saw the stuff flowing out. It was only about one fifth the amount of an actual ejaculation and only the third time or so I've had one like this without any sings or warnings beforehand.

Still abstaining from MB and the T Buzz seems to have been particularly strong the last few days.

Ok - I f***ed up! Can't really give a good reason, but I found myself giving myself a few gropes here and there and rather then come to my senses, I got in the shower and the next thing I knew I rubbed one out. It didn't take long either. I was tempted to go another round but didn't. I'm back on the wagon but very disapointed in myself.

Did it again this morning. Now I'm really pissed with myself. The T-buzz is gone and when I came, it didn't even really feel all that great. The thing about MB is that once you do it, it is so easy to do it one more time and then just one more time, etc.

Well, I updated the profile to show today as the last day I MB. So this time I REALLY MEAN IT - back to abstaining. Even if I don't get a WD anytime soon, I hope I can get the T-buzz back in the next few days or so.

Back at day 4 and the TBuzz has started coming back. Had a good workout last night and woke up with some serious wood the last couple of days. No desire to MB and can't really understand why I allowed myself to in the first place.

Truer words were never spoken! Sounds like the story of my life, all the "just one more time" instances of MB. I started MB at age 12, and by age 14 I was already trying to stop. Somehow I've now made it to 18 days without MB as of today. Am fully and truly enjoying the t-buzz and everything. While out driving around this evening, felt the best in a long time. When I got home sudden, powerful arousal appeared, begging to be "taken care of," but I don't dare ruin this wonderful t-buzz, at least not anytime soon... I think I'm tired enough by now to go to sleep without MB.

It has been a week since I last MB and I think I'm back on track. Immediately after I screwed up, I felt like doing it again, then again, etc. The good news is that once I made up my mind to stop, it was pretty easy. Unlike when I first started abstaining, I didn't go through withdrawal. So, I'm at a week, things are calm, and I'm hoping a WD will come my way before too long.

Noticed some precum seeping out during the day. Wasn't aroused and was totally soft so it was a bit surprising. Maybe it means the tanks are full. Don't know but I'll take it as a positive sign!

Still haven't MB since 7/14/09 so almost 2 weeks. Had sex on 7/23/09 and it was pretty intense.

Since the WDs I've had tended to occur when I WASN'T thinking about having one, I'm going to try to not even think about WDs. Therefore, I don't intend to post anything for the next 60 days unless I have a WD or SE or something significant happens. I intend to continue to abstain from MB but want to see if not thinking about WDs on a daily or every other day basis makes a difference. I'll set a note for myself on my Outlook calendar to check back in a couple of months even if nothing happens in the meantime.

It has been two months since I last MB. Not sure if this is a record for me or not but if it isn't it is pretty close. I plan to continue abstaining.

I haven't had a WD since back in May but I did have a SE a few days ago. Not particularly pleasurable - it just felt like a mild release after having been aroused for a while.

Well, I MB last night. The first time since 7/13/09. No desire to do it again at this point. Not really sure why I did it in the first place after a 2+ month stretch. Anyhow, just being honest about it.



Some people think that too much mental sexual stimulation can hinder getting WDs even if there is no physical stimulation involved. Speaking from personal experience, the WDs I've had tended to occur when I WASN'T thinking about sex or having WDs but when I was preoccupied with other things.

Currently on Day 11. Had a very realistic dream last night where I ejaculated (in the dream) but didn't actually ejaculate in real life. Day 22. Still abstaining but today has been hard. Woke up just after 6:00 a.m. feeling like I was close to cumming. Thought if I could get back to sleep maybe a WD would happen but was too turned on to fall asleep again. I didn't want to tempt myself by staying in bed so I got up and started doing some laundry and then went to the gym when it opened. Was able to channel all that sexual frustration into a pretty decent workout! As a side note, since abstaining, I have put on just under 5 pounds - a good thing for me - and even if some of it is water weight and/or fat, I'm sure a lot is muscle as well. Anyhow, I did some yard work after the workout and then this afternoon I broke my hands off policy and gave myself a few gropes and jerks in the shower. I didn't edge and never came close to ejaculating but it has been a challenge to resist the urge to just get myself off. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to control myself. I'd be pissed with myself if I gave in after posting a no MB in January challenge! It has been 9 days since I last ejaculated so I guess the body is ready for another release. I'm hoping if I stay strong a WD will happen. Maybe this morning was just my body getting primed to have a WD?

Just a quick update. Resisted the temptation to MB yesterday. No WD but I'm still on track.

Had some seriously crazy dreams last night.

Woke up about 5 hours after falling asleep right on the verge of a WD. I don't remember much of the details of the dream but clearly remember a piggy bank falling to the floor and breaking right when I woke up; it wasn't a pleasant dream - more like a nightmare. I was rock hard when I woke up with one of those where you are so hard it almost hurts a little. I also noticed I had to pee really bad. So anyhow I go to the bathroom but the erection didn't subside one bit. I had to wait a while for it to go down a little and then had to do a bit of contorting to avoid splashing everywhere. If you have seen the movie 40 Year Old Virgin you know what I mean! It seemed like there was a bit of semen that came out when I peed.

After I got back to bed, it didn't take me too long to get back to sleep. I woke up at least 3 times though from some really wild dreams. At least one of them was sexual. I didn't come close to ejaculating in any of them though.

This will be 28 days since I last MB and 15 since I last ejaculated. Seems like I'm getting close to either a WD or SE. Gonna keep my fingers crossed that its a WD!

Had another interesting night. Woke up from a sexaul dream and noticed I was lying on my side thrusting away. Fell back to sleep and woke up again and this time I was on my stomach grinding away into the mattress. I wasn't right on the verge of cumming but pretty close and the idea of just continuing to rub against the mattress to finish myself off did cross my mind but I didn't. Fell back asleep and had some vivid nonsexual dreams before waking up again around 6:00 and not being able to get back to sleep. I'm not so much tempted to MB as just feeling like I really need to bust a nut. At this point I'm still hoping for a WD but if a SE occurred I'd be happy for the release. I'm really loving the T-buzz. Had a great workout this afternoon! Blasted the legs with squats and deadlifts using big boy weights! Lol. Seriously though, it does seem there is a noticable and positive correlation between abstaining and the productivity of the workouts. Also, with the increased energy for the workouts I tend to do more of the barbell based compound type exercises which might also increase the T. So it is a win win situation.

Overall mood is good - feeling confident and in good spirits generally. Don't want to blow it with MB. I'll wait for my WD.

Still haven't MB since 12/26/2009 but had sex last night. After 21 days what a relief! Probably won't get a WD in January but I plan on continuing to abstain anyhow. Interestingly, I still feeled pretty horned up today but I don't anticipate another release anytime soon.
