64 days is a big achievement, congratulations! I have never made it that far, but you're the living proof that it's possible.

Back to AB since my failure six days ago. Only interesting thing to report is that when I pee the last day or so, i've noticed quite a bit of semen mixed in with the pee. Weird.

I really screwed up on 8/29/12 and 8/30/12. MB multiple times on 8/29/12 and again after waking up on 8/30/12. It feels like I completely emptied the tanks.

So now be determined not to let it happen again. Be strong and set yourself a new target. You can do it!

Thanks frankm. I haven't mb since last Monday so we'll see how it goes. Woke up from a dry dream yesterday morning where I felt myself have a couple of contractions after waking so that was pretty cool.

Woke up a few minutes ago feeling like I was cumming. I felt some contractions but when I checked, it was completely dry. I didn't even feel any precum like I sometimes do when i wake up. It felt good but was frustrating at the same time. Tanks feel like they're getting really full.

Strange thing is that I don't even remember having any sort of dream before waking up.

Good to see you quickly went back to abstaining... I think that is key because you have brought mb down pretty close to zero for past 70 days or so. I have had times when I have abstained for up to 60 days then mb. I thought I was starting over from zero but found that was not the case as sometimes I have had a WD within 2 weeks of 'starting over'.

The erotic dreams to me are very encouraging body is ready for a wd. Good luck!

Thanks Traveling Guy. I MB again this past Sunday though. I was feeling like I needed the release so much I decided to just go ahead and do it so I would stop obsessing over it. I haven't done it since though. I think I'll allow myself to MB once every 14 days if I really feel like I HAVE to. Otherwise, I spend the better part of entire days just thinking about much I need to release. I know this goes counter to most of what is on this site about getting a WD, but I figure I'll limit the MB and see what happens.

Sorry to hear you only made it about 2/3 of the way to your goal of 100 days, but even still, what you did is definitely an accomplishment.



It sounds like you have a good Plan B. You speak of obsessing over AB & release, which shows this is as much if not more about mind than body. Maybe if you leave yourself the "out" to MB after 14 days, that will settle down your mind and you won't think about release so much and then maybe you'll end up not needing the MB and achieve the WD that didn't happen with your 100 day AB goal.

Wow. It has been a long time since I've posted anything.

I realized that it has been over a week - 9 days actually - since I last MB. That and the new year makes it seem like an ideal time to get back on the wagon.

Committed to doing the no MB in January challenge. Gonna give up looking at any porn during the month of January too.

Let's see what happens!
