WD trying again

I understand it's been quite a long time since I posted because of lack of modivation (due to countless failure) and computer trouble. But I decided to say this that I have not MBed for some time (4 days) and I think I am getting BB (blue balls). I was wondering if anyone has advice for getting a WD. Thank you for posting and listening. Much appericated.

Complete sexual abstinence. No MBing, even edging. Read a great work of literature and focus all your energy on your mind, and soul. Exercise regularly, and be more ethereal through the sublimation of using your sexual energy for intellectual pursuits. And good luck.
