So I've been ABing for a while but I thought I'd start a journal anyway to document my days.

I'm currently 16 years old and I started on the 2nd April 2016 when I was 15 and I had been PMOing around 5-6 days a week for around 4 years. I decided to start after finding the NoFap reddit after avoiding it for years because I assumed it was a weird religious thing. I had one 2 week streak, then went back to regular PMO but got motivated and started again on the 2nd April and now I'm here on the 1st October.

I had very little self confidence when I started and was diagnosed with Anxiety, more specifically social anxiety, I still have those things however they don't have as much control over me as they used to. I'm improving but still have a long time to go since I'm not where I want to be but that's fine. I enjoy the constant buzz I have from not MBing and I have been able to use that sexual energy in putting effort into my school work and also my art. I feel like I am always ready to 'go' as in I don't feel cloudy or disorientated but my mind is clear and I feel awake. This feeling has also given me more of a drive to pursue potential partners (still in the process of getting one though).

So far I have had 6 wet dreams since starting AB, they have all focused around swimming and locker rooms and they've all been spontaneous ejaculations through things like putting on my speedo/swimsuit to doing squats. I like these dreams but they're a sign of my porn usage in the past so I'm hoping to move away from that in my dreams and to more intimate things.

The general timespan between my wet dreams started off as quite long with around 50-60 days between WDs however recently that time has gone down consistently to around 15 days between WDs. I'll be writing about the topics of my dreams, how they feel etc and how I feel whilst AB.

Day 182-


Had a wet dream last night and it was my first one that actually involved sexual intimacy! It wasn't just my normal lockeroom one, I was having sex and I ejaculated soon after. I didn't wake up though which is something that happens to me, I tend to just carry on sleeping or another dream may start (non-sexual).

It started like I was in a camp in some really snowy mountains and there was another camp on the other mountain and we were preparing to battle them however I was in my normal clothes whilst everyone else seemed Inuit and had loads of furs and helmets however I wasn't cold. For some reason I also took out my phone to take photos since the scenery looked so beautiful which was weird but I was also anxious about the upcoming battle. Then straight after taking photos, the dream almost switches to another setting. (this happens a lot in my dreams) a popular girl from my class at school appears and beckons me into a stone building with vines growing on it.

She was dressed in white robes and seemed angry and then all of a sudden she pulls out a GUN and pushes it against my chest so I grab it. She told me how she was annoyed because I got a segment in the school newspaper and they used my article instead of hers and she was mad about it??? weird.. and I just told her that it wasn't my fault and she then left.

It was THEN that my dream transitioned into the WD. This one felt kind of lucid like I was controlling it.. I was suddenly thinking that I wanted sex and specifically naked sex which is weird since that is the only kind really but that didn't occur to me. So I thought of the setting and all of a sudden I was in a bed then I thought of a partner and they appeared however they kept changing into different people until they stopped changing at one I liked?? It was then that we did it and i came soon after. I slept for a while after and woke up in the morning.

Any way tomorrow I have swimming club so I'm hoping that I won't get an unwanted erection, I'm trying to exercise more and improve my physique.

- Yes, there is no rules for dream they can come sequencially (i had in the past) and are not necessary connected together

Congratulations on getting more frequent and now better WDs! In your previous descriptions your WDs appeared to be embarrassing SEs inside your dreams, but this time you deliberately pursued sex and went all the way. This seems like a pretty big change.

You seem to have thoroughly embraced the positive waking effects of AB, so do you have much desire to MB? Does a WD like your last one make MB even less desirable?

Your story shows that it can take quite a while for WDs to start and to then become frequent, which can be an inspiration to others trying for WDs to keep going for it. Your WDs might even become more frequent now, and it is also not unusual for WDs to become more intense over time. So keep us updated in your log, and good luck with AB and WDs.

Did you go with the proper speedo in your swim class?

- I've actually had two sessions so far (one a week) and they went well, I enjoyed swimming and I didn't get aroused probably because I noticed that I wasn't too nervous or bothered once I was there since everyone else there was in the same position so the thought of worrying about an erection didn't really come up to me. Thankfully that isn't too much of an issue for me anymore and I think that also contributed to myself having my first intimate WD.
- I'm gay and I've seen posts in the religious section regarding homosexuality as negative so I didn't really feel comfortable disclosing it in the main post idk, but I guess it doesn't really matter.

Regarding the swim class, I did go with a speedo but not the brief speedo I wore jammers. Through going, jammers are what everyone else wears. I would like to eventually wear the proper speedo but I don't know If I'd wear it to the swim class since I'd be the only one and I'm also not that confident yet xD but I'm working on it!

Day 183 -

Not really any urges to MB because of the WD the day before, volunteered at the dog shelter, had a driving lesson and studied french for a test. Still trying to find time to work out though due to the workload from school.

The sleep that night consisted of two vivid dreams, one nice one not so nice. The first dream: Myself and a group of other people were dropped into a forest/jungle (I don't know why), in the forest is bears, leopards and other dangerous animals. It started when I was walking through and climbed up a hedge overlooking a river and there were two bears in-front of my, so I ran and they followed. I desperately climbed a tree and got away just in time. Then a woman comes through sees the bears and runs but they catch her and mauled her Later a leopard came and was jumping at me whilst I tried to kick it away. The dream ends.

The second dream: This one was more pleasant, I'm on the side of an olympic-sized pool (not the one I go to) and I'm with my friends, we're at swimming club. We then have to go to the top board of the diving platform 60 meters above the water and all my friends have dived and it's my turn. As I walk up I realise I'm naked and I have an erection, however strangely I didn't care and neither did anyone else. I jumped and we then started to swim. Everything is normal but I want to put a brief speedo since that's what everyone is wearing so leave the poolside and go upstairs to the entrance. (now in my sports centre) but there isn't a shop even though I swore there was one, eventually I find some short jammers on the poolside and as I'm about to put it on the dream ends.

Day 184 -

My mind was on AB and the day went well with no strong urges. But I was about to get into the shower and I was tensing my back muscles in front of the mirror (don't know why xD) however I was also tensing my lower abs at the same time. This created a pleasurable feeling because I could feel it putting pressure on my prostate. I got hard quickly and continued to tense my abs and back for around 5-10 minutes whilst keeping the strong erection then I decided to do some deep breathing. Staying on top of school work, urges are under control. Now meditating/deep breathing before bed naked and sleeping naked. Only previous experience of lucid dreaming was in nightmares where if it got too bad, I'd realise I was dreaming and change the outcome of the dream or wake myself up.

Dream: With my brother and best friend and we were escaping from people through the city, dream ended when I was found.

I think body comfort and enjoyment nude is natural for ABers/full time WDers. MBers might fantasize about doing such things, but typically won't have the combination of motivation and control to actually do them. It's better to do. This should also help you be more relaxed, confident, and in control when changing in locker rooms.

That's not an easy situation. The best advice i can give is not rush, try to get as much info as possible to do the right move. Try to talk and have him to talk about him as much as possible. it's better to be sad than sorry .....

Day 191 -

This day was just really weird..
Studying for most of the day, laying sideways on bed and I'm aroused with urges. I don't act one it but instead keep the erection going because I enjoy the feeling. Eventually I look to see if I have any precum after around an hour and there's the tiniest bit which I squeeze out as one drop.
(It's also worth noting that if been drinking much more water and needed to go but it wasn't like a strong need to go just a subtle one)

After a while I relax my pc muscles mentally and I feel a pressure in my dick then a release, I undo my pants and it's a small amount of clear liquid so I assume it's precum and I got extremely happy because it's something I wanted more than anything else. Thanks, the fluid however was completely clear and didn't really look like a load and it came in different periods at a time. Not too sure whether it was pee, it didn't feel like I was peeing but it didn't feel like I was properly ejaculating either..
