Thanks for the idea... but to be honest, now i'm done with mb... i'm do sick of it and although the idea is very tempting i think it would not works... to me, i'm a bit driven by things that feel good... so more mb could only lead me to more mb... so i believe its not an option. But thanks!

The night was pretty normal. Don't remember to dream or to have any erection, that at least would wake me up. I woke up well despite the last two days i've been suffering with headaches, some dizziness and nausea... and i'm still not that well. I've been this days because i'm not sure if this is due my gastro problems or not, so i'm taking some preventive actions.

In a few moments i'll prepare lunch for me and my mom and after that i'll go out with friends, which is good. I'll not be home thinking on mb!

Hey dear ones,
Today is my second day of AB. The night was pretty calm and don't remember any boner. This is usual to my first 1-2 days of AB. I already miss my morning woods. We just value something when its taken from us sometimes. Hopefully tomorrow morning i'll have a big one!

Hello my friends.
As a first thought I need to thank for your continuous support and again, I do need to say how much it's important to me, how much it matters to me and how happy it makes me to have you with Mãe in my journey along AB.
I've not having much time to post, you must have figured that out. Even in holidays I've been very busy, with lots to do. Something's related with next semester in college, since I'm the "chief" of the course and have lots do deal with the teachers and the beginning of the new semester but also, have been little at home, I've been with my friends and has been awesome. That, have not allowed me to think on mb which is more that great.
I'm on my 3rd day. Nothing special to report. Had my second sexual dream so far as my AB goes from the beginning. Again, I don't remember much. It wa similar to the previous I described. This time, I was alone, probably at my desk... A think watching some porn and jerking off until I completely stopped (in my dream) and said to my self: common men, you need to stop edging and mb and this is one important step. So I stopped it in the dream. Don't remember more.
Maybe my brain is also retiring during sleep which would be very nice, seine not only in dreams as in a conscious state I would not want to mb. Funny dream I think. Again, all this dreams feel so real that sometimes I doubt if it was really a dream...

Well, hope I can continue to AB. Don't think tomorrow will be an issue. Will visit my grandfathers the father of my mom. We don't go there for sometime. It's not faraway, only about 1 hour from my home by car. The major problems is time and also... Specially... We are not that welcome. My family is very cold to me and my mom... Which makes me sad a bit. But well, no one has a perfect family... At least is what is ya to myself to not feel sad...

Hello guys and girls of the WDF.
Thanks for all the support you continuously give me, not only by visiting my page as also by posting.
I do have special thanks to overload and zac that post recently. Thanks guys. You're rock and it's with your help that I manage to AB and maybe get a WD in the way.

Unfortunately I could not go to see my family. The weather is awful here with the occidental part of Europe being strike by a cyclone and so me and my mom decided not to go way from home and do a trip in car and it was a wise decision. By the end of the day there were several roads blocked and the bridge we would need to take was in serious traffic conditions.
So me and my mom, stayed at home and have a great time together. We talk, watch a movie and wasa really nice day. But only now I could post something.

Today is my 4th day of AB, both from mb as porn and edging which makes me happy. Also, this morning I had a monstrous morning wood, one that didn't want to go down and also I had some pre cum, which made my awake so much better. I get so happy when I see pre cum in my glands. As I don't produce much of it at all, each time I have some of it in my penis, specially when waking up I get all happy! For me, it's something very special!

Apparently problems just have a way to find themselves and come altogether in ones single time... Due the heavy rain i got water inside my home. My apartment is not new, but my "dear" and "lovely"neighbours, that i HATE, decided 2 years ago to change the roof top in mid of november with heavy rain. In that time, my home looked like a swamp with lots of water coming down and flooding the floor. Also, the person who made the work in the roof din't know anything about it and so now, i'm again with problem. They also, due the lack of careful made some fissures in the side of the walls, the ones that face the harsh weather and so... due to so much rain, i have lots of humidity inside home and have some of my wall dropping water to the floor. It almost hit my computer and internet settings. I just want to punch my neighbours, due their previous bad bad bad decisions! Me and my mom are the ones that suffer the consequences! I'm just upset and angry with all this sh**... sorry... im just pissed!

The night was calm with no boners and in the morning, since my mom woke me up with the bad notice that i mention before, i didn't even notice if i had a morning wood or pre cum... I'm just pissed of with all this!

Still on my AB and today is day 5. I don't see myself today mb... but hell, who knows...

Hey guys
Sorry, i've not been able to post much this time around, hope that can change, even if today i'm starting school again! In fact i'm trilled with the new semester and i have high expectations for what is coming! I'll do my best on posting more regularly!

Regarding AB, well, this two weeks in home were bad and good depending on the days. No, they were not perfect, but again, each attempt and each failure is above all, a new experience and also a lesson in life. So you might suppose very well, i'm today on my second day of AB. But one thing i begin to feel is... even if i have been mb, the days i didn't the thought of it never even came my mind... true the days it did, i mb... maybe i didn't also did much effort to resist, but, i believe is something of not remembering to mb in a while.
Above that, there's no much to discuss. The holidays went good even if i was not that good in the health department, but i'm better and strong.

I'm going to college in about an hour to have a class! It's a short ride of 45 min in train and subway!

Hey people, again!
Today i went back to college and had my first second semester class. Nothing new yet, it was just a course presentation and a reflexion of the previous one!

I enjoy reading your posts and your commitment to your goals is obvious for all to see. About porn - it's very addictive and like any addiction it never really satisfies. A wise man once said that change comes indirectly. Sometimes focus on our problem keeps it in our mind. So maybe take a look at your routines and change them a bit. Don't leave space or time for porn and spend that time on something else. Obviously you could setup a filter too, but I'm not sure how well that works when you know how to get around it.
