^^ The best ways are by meditation, acupressure, and acupuncture. Acu- will affect your chakras indirectly. You can meditate to directly access them.

Well, it's been a year, and on average I've had approximately one non waking peak orgasmic emission per week. I've not recorded every one - during Christmas / New Year, my drug withdrawal period, and recently I've had some emissions where I can't be 100% sure of the exact number so have given a conservative estimate. I know the general range I recorded near the time - eg. during the withdrawal period I recorded 8-13 on this thread, and used 12 as the figure when totalling up. I added three for the Christmas period and two for my two recent NEs which I didn't record at the time. I chose 12 for the 8 - 13 range because this makes the round figure total of 52 - one for every week of the year. Also I didn't record the exact amount of times I MB'd in January - I estimate 5 - 10 times. From now on I'll post every emission, by any means, as it happens for a more accurate record.

Non waking peak orgasmic emission.. this is the ideal type, IMO. In other words, it's a WD/NE/SE which isn't accompanied by a peak orgasm. I think a good a abbreviation for this type of emission could be +E - positive emission. Emissions from peak orgasmic sex, MB, and premature ejaculations, could be called -Es - negative emissions. The valley orgasm is the type that accompanies +Es, whereas peak orgasms accompany -Es - although in both cases, not necessarily at the same time, or at all. They're just the natural companions of the emission groups.

Hey thursday in your legend when you describe SE you say an emission without stimulation occuring during day or night but is that always awake...i guess so otherwise it would be a NE... could you confim this please.

Yes, in my definitions if you're awake it's an SE, if your asleep it's an NE, and if your awake and have a dream when the release occurs it's a WD. Of course, a WD is a specific type of NE. I use NE for when I don't remember having a dream.

I had an SE today, while using the toilet. I felt a pleasant feeling of release as I urinated, defecated, and released tears at the same time. I don't know the exact volume of fluid released, since it went into the toilet.

Recently I've been waking up in the night with an erection, and feeling horny. I feel like I'll have another +E very soon. I feel happy to expose myself to others, but in a decent way. For example, if I get changed after swimming, I don't care if other guys see me naked, actually I'm happy to let others see my penis I feel natural and confident. I'm pretty stressed now too.

I noticed that your last WD was sept. 1st followed by two NE on sept. 2 and 4. Lately you only had several SE after urinating.

Is that the longest time without WD/NE? Also, are SE pleasurable or less so than WD? And when you say medium volume released is that like half of normal emission?

As you can see i am at day 25 here (my new record) and closing to the 28 days you say is a milestone. Still no WD/NE/SE and a bit discouraged. If i can't get my first WD within 60 days i will reconsider the abstinence lifestyle. The hard part will be to resist until 60 days to make sure i am unable or able to achieve a wd.

^^ I've had 4x days between WDs before. I'm not sure if it's the longest wait between non-SE +Es, but it's up there with the long waits. These SEs have been less pleasurable to me than my NEs. I'm due a WD very soon!

Last night I was feeling very close to having an NE - I was in the 'twilight state' between being awake and asleep. I semi-awoke into this state, feeling highly sexually aroused and charged. The state I was in felt intensely pleasurable - fluid was oozing out of my extremely hard erect penis; I didn't want to spoil the state I was in by moving and putting a light on and looking to see what the fluid was. I'm not sure whether it was pre-ejaculate or WD-fluid - although it seems more likely that it was pre-ejaculate.

If you had to choose one from the list to have only, or mostly, from now onwards, which would it be?

For example, someone practising non-orgasmic sex may want to have WDs, or no emissions at all. The option you choose doesn't have to mean NEVER, just generally. The person who doesn't want to have any emissions at all when having non-orgasmic sex may want to have ejaculatory, peak orgasmic sex when trying to create a pregnancy. If they'd usually want to have valley orgasms, they'd choose '+O' from the list. If they wouldn't want any orgasms or emissions at all generally, they'd choose 'O' from the list. If they'd like to have WDs as their main emission, they'd choose '+E [WD]' from the list, etc.

Basically I'm asking which of this list is the ideal.. are WDs the ideal emission, or is it better to ejaculate through peak orgasmic sex - most of the time? I'd like to have POS but not as my 'main' sexual activity.. I like to have emissions, and prefer my emission to be by NEs. There are other things on the list that I like too; NEs are my ideal form of release in general.. so I voted for +E [NE] of course. I still love WDs, would like to have POS, valley orgasms, time without emissions, and may MB again at some point if there's a good reason.

I'd like to share a dream I had last night. It wasn't a wet one [I guess 90% of people will stop reading now .] It was one of the best non-WDs I've ever had. I found a GF and fell completely in love with her, as she was with me. It was such a different feeling to what I usually have. The dream wasn't sexual, although there was sexual attraction between us. We just loved each other and the feeling is hard to describe, other than saying I felt incredibly happy - more so than I've ever been before. The dream felt like reality so I was disappointed when I awoke to realise it was a dream. There's a difference between happiness, love, sexual attraction, and peak and valley orgasms. I felt pure happiness during the dream. I felt like I'd finally found the girl I'd been looking for.

I think the reason I've been having a lot of SEs recently is simply due to the meds. I'm taking; tramadol and codeine. I want to change my pain meds. ASAP. I did have SEs before I was taking these meds., and they were the same as they are now - usually after urination or defecation. The only difference now is that they seem to have temporarily replaced NEs and WDs as my only outlet for fluid release. Before then, (a few months ago,) I would have NEs and WDs most of the time, and occasionally have an SE - this is what I'd like to go back to.
