I have a problem I'm sure every guy at one point or another faces. The area that's between your ballsack and your butthole for me gets really itchy and dried out (especially during winter months). I've been using a combination of lotion and baby powder to deal with it, works good on most days, but at the same time it could still be better. But what I want to know is what do you guys do about that and how well does it work?

I get a similar sort of problem on the odd occasion when it is hot and humid. For me, it does not dry out, but gets very sweaty and then starts to itch - actually more of a very mild burning sensation. I use a propriety cream called "Ingrams Camphor Cream" It's a bulk standard hand/body cream that contains camphor in it. I am not sure but I think it sets up some sort of barrier against the sweat. Whatever it does, it works. A bonus is that the area is always soft and smooth because of it.

It's called the perineum, or in popular slang, the taint.

I think Gold Bond powder is made especially for that problem. It couldn't hurt to put a little water-based lube there. Or let it run down there, LOL.
