Hi.
I've got a bit long foresking and it doesnt retract at all while fully erect. I dont think it's because my penis is small(while erects it's sth like 16cm). I can only see the top of the head. Of course, I can make it slide so as I'm able to see the whole head and that what is under that(sorry, idk how it's called), but when I push forth it doesnt stay like that.
Anyway, my question is: Can I do sth to make it a bit shorter? By using hands or some easy things?
PS. I dont want to get my penis circumcised.

As long as it can retract (it sounds like you can) then I don't think you need to do anything about it, it sounds fine to me.

Sounds a bit like what medical pros refer to as phimosis. It is where the foreskin may be too tight to retract fully. Some have it so bad they can't retract when soft or hard, but in your case it sounds like it is just an issue when you are hard.

There are natural and free ways to resolve it and these involve putting a small amount of tension around the tight opening to encourage the skin cells to expand and grow new cells. this gives a wider opening. The method is the same as that used by cut guys restoring their foreskins, and I can vouch for the fact that it works.

Google 'phimosis' and see if it describes your situation. If so, add 'stretching' to your search to find some things you can do to try and wide the tight part.

Maybe I misunderstood but I took it to mean OP's skin didn't retract *on its own* when erect, but that he could slide it back but it didn't stay, which would mean he's not tight, just got a lot of skin..but idk, maybe it's me misunderstanding having read it again lol

That's what I read to mean it doesn't retract when fully erect.

I think he means that it doesn't retract on its own (automatically). He does say that he can manually pull it back - I don't think he mentioned any pain when he pulled it back manually.

Right. So, if you don't mind me asking, have you had sex? Because if not, you'll find that when you do have sex, the head will slide forward out from the skin with each thrust.

You were born with your penis, and it's a perfectly natural part of who you are. There is no such thing as 'normal' when it comes to the penis. This is something it took me a long time to understand. If there is no functional problem, I would stop worrying and start being proud of what you have.

Mayby you're right that I was born with it. But dont know why I'm still worried...
So you guys say that nothing can change it(apart form circumcision)? Any manually exercises?

You don't need to worry about it as long as it's not too tight. As you can retract it all the way it sounds like it's perfectly normal to me

I'm going to be a bit harsh here, but it's deliberate.

If you are worried about how your penis looks when it's perfectly natural, then I suspect you could do with working on your self-esteem. What you have is perfectly normal. An intact guy with a long foreskin is normal, just like an intact guy with an short foreskin is normal. It's all normal, because it's what you were born with. People who have been circumcised and have ended up with some unsightly side-effects might have reason to be worried, but you don't. Having said that, even they shouldn't be hung up with worrying about how other people might perceive their body.

It all sounds so simple, I know. Easier said than done, and I know that too. But the thing is that life is really a whole lot better if you are able to stop worrying so much about how other people might perceive you. I'd suggest that this issue is one of many you feel insecure about. That, by the way, is also perfectly normal, but it's not ok and not acceptable to yourself to feel that way.

First, you need to accept that what you have is perfectly normal. Then, you need to learn to love yourself, not despite it, but with it. Nobody is perfect, and we're all perfectly imperfect. It's easy to look at those around us and think that they are more stable and whole than we are, but I suspect if you were to strip down their clothes and mental barriers, you'd find virtually everyone has some pretty big flaws that get revealed sooner or later with somebody they are intimate with. These flaws aren't bad, they are part of what makes us who we are. The key, I believe, is to recognise this and learn to just accept things for what they are.

From the sounds of it, you got erect coverage. Not too common actually and is something people in the restoring community strive for.
This is normal, so don't worry about it. If you have no problem retracting it by hand, then it is working the way it should work. It is useful in both MB and intercourse.

If it concerns you that much, you can stretch out the rigid band a bit to loosen the tip. Similar to some methods for restoring. Also a way to help with Phimosis issues.

Why do you guys want to restore? I want mine totally removed!

Guys who restore do it for a bunch of reasons. Gaining control over a decision that was made for them, alleviating damage that has come as a result of years of keratinization, erectile dysfunction, appearance, comfort, and regaining natural function are all part of the reasons.
You at least have the decision to remove it
