I hope this gets through to whoever made the site. I just wanted to point out how big everyone's post is in the forums because of the side bar next to each user's name that has their basic WD profile info stuff. Is there any way I can minimize that, or is there any way that information can go somewhere else? My right index finger is going to get a repetitive motion injury from how much I have to use the scroll wheel to get down a page of posts. Thanks.

The next time they upgrade the site, they may want to minimize the stuff that shows on the personal info area unless someone drags the cursor over the person's name. Then the personal info can pop open. There is really no need to see 5 times on 5 posts the same old info.

Here's a quick tip. Go into the mouse properties and jack up the scroll rate of the wheel. This will make it easier on your finger.

Of course, its always good to bear in mind that the forum software, "PHPBB", is free and doesn't cost a cent to use. This, in turn, allows the WD Forum to also be free, which also makes it easier for a lot of members to join.

Another point to consider, is the time and effort put in by the people who originally set up the WDF, was also probably "unpaid" work, the results of which we all use every time we login to the WDF --- FOR FREE!!!!!!!!, nada, zero, nothing, zilch to pay!!.

Then, of course, there the ongoing domain name registration and domain site hosting fees that are paid for, but not passed on.

One may as well also add the time and effort expended in keeping the WDF up and running. Etc. Etc. Etc.




.......................................... and you are worried about your index finger. - there IS however, a relatively simple solution to the index finger problem that can be implemented.
