To answer TheBatman. Legally, the board is in a better position if you state 1) you are 18 or over when you first register or change your age in your profile. and 2) you have to state that you are 18 or over and acknowledge that there may be nudity on the forum.
Basically you have to lie twice to gain access. The special application to join, also eliminates the "Oh, I didn't know it was 'that' kind of forum" and any chance of 'accidentally' joining.

Werewolf359 is also correct. I am aware of the, shall I say, more seedier members. I wouldn't necessarily ban them but just keep a closer eye on them. Although it's their interaction with the younger members that concerns me more, so it's not really an issue on the 18+ forum.
