In my opinion best way to lose weight is exercise rather then dieting or supplements. You also lose your weight with your diet plan.

Follow these tips for losing your weight effectively.
Do exercise regularly
Running, swimming and jogging
Drink plenty of water
Control your diet
Take more boiled vegetables
Don't take more cholesterol and fatty foods
Eat fresh fruits especially citric fruits
Drink fresh fruits juice
Take green tea
and use fish oil

Blane and Casey are right. In my case running has been very effective. Obviously you must start with realistic goals, according with your lifestyle, that represent both a physical and psychological challenge for your self. About 5 months ago I started by running 0.5K each Saturday. Now I run 10K! :banana-dance: . It's all about attitude, you know... :handgestures-thumbup:

Exercise can build muscle and increase metabolism, but dieting really causes 80% of weight loss in my opinion.

I already lost 6kgs. By doing the same tips above. :)
I was 103kgs. before so now less 6kgs. I started working out and dieting on April.

I'd recommend counting your calorie intake. It's a quite simple formula: energy in versus energy out.

Diet and exercise are best ways to reduce weight.Good and healthy diet including green vegetables,fresh fruits are effective.Exercise like running,swimming,jogging and cycling are best for losing weight.
