One of the reasons your so tired after orgasm is because oxcytn plactin and (NO) are released after orgasm because of something called a refractory period because if caveman found out about it they would just keep doing it and wouldn't find food or shelter

i used to get the worse headaches about a year and a half ago before i started abstaining and cutting back on porn (which i don't watch at all now), but right after ejaculating i wouldn't feel good at all. i would feel like absolute shit, racing heart, and my eyes felt sunkin into my skull and the pain was in the middle of my brain somewhere i couldn't pinpoint, but it wasn't normal! if i MB'd now i would be okay because it's a rare occasion for me anymore, but i can understand where you're coming from!!!

Dude you feel me! I get headaches, I feel dizzy, tummy ache and now let me include of being cross-eyed after orgasm I had a WD last week Monday and the orgasm was intense that I woke up later with terrible headache too and it hasn't gone yet until now.

The headache varies with the orgasm. The more intense orgasm I have (which I always have) the more painful headache I have (which is always too)

I'm already aware of this condition. It is called coital cephalalgia or simply sexual headache. For us guys who suffer mainly from headache before or after orgasm, we are 1% of the population.

I want to mention hh4u for persuading me to go see a doctor this week. Thank you bro for the support!!!

This happens to me quite a lot. I find it happens when I haven't orgasmed for a really long period of time. Mine stays from several minutes to one week :(

Some guys have this painful headache before orgasm. Some sneeze before orgasm.

I read a Q&A online where a guy asks about a headache he gets while having sex with his wife. The doc replied explaining about the different kinds of headaches you get during sex. Some guys commented on this and they all had the same experience in that they were under a lot stress when they started getting such headaches. But once they changed their lifestyle and/or eliminated the stress stimulus the headaches disappeared.

I rarely get headaches after orgasm. But if it's really powerful, or if I've had multiple orgasms in a short space of time I will get lightheaded, and not dizzy, but have a sense of disorientation/vertigo.

It's exactly the same for me. Which is a "problem" sometimes, when the girl you have just had sex with expects (and sometimes even demands) a whole lot of cuddling and petting post coitum, but you are feeling so tired and depressed post orgasm.

I don't get dizzy after cumming, but sometimes I do get kinda lightheaded when I'm really super horny, to the point where sometimes if I'm walking and a wave of horniness hits me I have to stop and lean against the wall for a minute. What I do notice post-orgasm (not everytime but sometimes) is a pounding/throbbing in my head that is NOT painfull, racing heart, breathlessness, sometimes hear my pulse beating/whooshing in my ears. With really intense orgasms I sometimes even see sparkles in front of my eyes or my vision blacks out for a sec, but it does that other times, too (ocular migraine, without the headache, thankfully). Oh, yes, and the having to pee thing, unless I just peed right before (I like to MB with a full bladder sometimes, as it's a fetish of mine, but I've begun to notice I'm more likely to ejaculate when I cum if I do it with an empty bladder). And getting sleepy, although sometimes the opposite happens and I feel euphoric, giggly, maybe even hyper, but usually that only lasts a few minutes then I kinda "crash" and want to go to sleep.
