directly after yes... it does cause some form of exhaustion where you feel a lack of energy in your being.

When I first started mbing I never noticed a decrease in energy... my energy during puberty was low as it was and I don't believe mbing had anything to do wiht it. However, even now... I mb and my energy levels do vary. I do notice that days I choose to mb it is harder for me to bike because I don't have the energy to peddle... though then again it could all be in our heads.
