I've looked around and can't really find a legit answer. But I recently just got into ball stretching and I do it about once everynight for about an hour. I was wondering if it was linked to sterility, and if so, how much is safe? And when should I stop. Because I don't want to become steral.

Ouch! :!: When to stop? :?: Why start! :!: Stop right now is my advice, and don't start if you haven't yet. Doing this could cause you to become permanently infertile (sterile.) There's no "safe amount" of doing activities like this. It's really bad and dangerous. You should seek (and hopefully very quickly find) psychiatric help, again~quickly, is my advice. In the meantime, stop doing this, please - it's not safe in any way.

Just to point out, this is completely different to labia stretching, that some African tribes traditionally did, and some women do in the present day. This is still a very negative activity IMO, but it's not as harmful as stretching your scrotum.

Ball stretching? :scared-eek: Just wait for gravity to take its effect with old age. If you live to be 90 your balls will probably hang lower then. Take Thursdays advice. Ball stretching just doesn't sound good at all!
