Questions & Answers with Thursday. I'm aiming to respond to all questions asked, where I think I can provide some positive information in response. If I've not answered a question that you've asked, [I'm addressing all forum members (FMs) now,] please post a link to the post where you asked the question, and I will give the best answer I can, providing it's not a question that can be answered by reading the FAQ thread, or it's a question that can be easily answered by doing a Google or Wikipedia search. Otherwise, and providing it's on-topic, (or even if the question is off-topic but vaguely relevant,) I'll give my best shot at answering it for you. Feel free to post links to your posts on this thread, or PM me if you'd like to keep it private ~ however, if possible please communicate here publicly, so everyone can benefit from your experience, since others may find themselves in similar situations and scenarios as you're in. If you have an off-topic question, please ask it here. Otherwise, please use the relevant forum. Thanks, Thursday.

I thought this whole forum was Q & A with Thursday...
Q. Have you ever abstained when you were off all meds? If so, how long were you able to last when completely clean? I think people would like to know how you managed to stay abstinent for nearly 2 years.

Antidepressants have proven to destroy wet dreams and sex drives, but I'm wondering if anti anxiety meds such as xanax and kolonopins would ruin WD progess as well?

Thursday wrote: This takes a substantial post to give a proper, detailed answer, and I don't have time to write such a long answer at this present moment. Sorry about that ~ although I will endeavour to answer this good question when I have the time to type the answer. Thanks for answering the main question anyway. Q. Have you noticed any progress in your wet dreams? Has the duration or intensity of your orgasms gotten better over the years or is everything just random? According to the WD&Age poll in the general discussion forum, wet dreams don’t look too promising. I wouldn’t want to pursue something that only gets worse over time.

Question(s): Lucid wrote: [i] Q. Have you noticed any progress in your wet dreams? [ii] Has the duration or intensity of your orgasms gotten better over the years or is everything just random? N.B. My annotation(s) to the part(s) of the quoted post above are in this red colour. I have re-formatted the other quoted text to this colour.Answer(s): [i] (I'm not sure what you mean exactly, so here is my answer based on my interpretation of what you mean: ) What happened for me, is I became a full-time WD'er - the 'switch' was turned from the 'off' position, to the 'on' position ( - I explain this analogy later-on in this post, in my answer to the second question that you asked me.) This was the one 'leap' of progress that I experienced. Since then, my frequency of WDs, and their intensity, has sometimes varied over time - and sometimes there's not much variation; sometimes there's none. No aspect of my 'erotic nocturnal experience' is either steadily improving, or steadily declining. The main change is that now having NEs, WDs, and SEs ( - I have SEs occasionally - ) is normal to me. I've had plenty of WDs and NEs recently; I haven't posted about them unless it's came up in conversation, since having a WD during the night is normal for me. If they started to happen every night, without stopping, this would be unusual, as would not having an NE or WD for three (3) months. [I chose this timespan (of three months,) because this is when, medically, something generally becomes chronic. Having said this, not having some release (NE, WD or SE) for over about four (4) weeks would be unusual, and my releases are usually much more frequently than this.] So to summarise, no, there's no more 'progress' in my WDs than there is in my non-wet-dreams.
[ii] I don't have waking orgasms by choice - I'm waiting until marriage. With regard to dream orgasms; it's random - or at least it seems to be random, as much as I've noticed. I will sometimes have intense, relatively long, vivid, highly emotional (with positive, enjoyable emotions,) WDs; at other times the dream is brief and bland ~ at times I produce a huge amount of WD-fluid - at other times, just a drop. Just as 'normal' dreams very hugely, Lucid, WDs are no different in this respect. They are not steadily changing on some recognisable trend at all, even in the smallest way. To me, it seems as though a person can either be in WD-mode, or not. There is no range. If you compare it [WD-mode] to a light-switch, it's the type of switch that can be either turned 'on' or 'off.' It is not one of those types of switch that can be turned around, gradually changing the brightness of the light(s) that it controls. This is my experience - if other FMs have a different experience to me regarding this specific issue, please reply here and explain your situation. Thanks.
Hopefully, Lucid, I've answered the questions that you've posed thus far. If not, please clarify your questions and I will clarify my answers to them. Thursday.

I think you pretty much answered the questions I had in mind. Q. How are your NEs different from your WDs? When you have a NE, do you not feel an orgasm during the night? Also, when you have a SE instead of your usual WD/NE (4 weeks), do you then have to wait longer for your next WD/NE? In other words, does the SE replace your usual outlet of a WD/NE, or do the SEs have no effect on the frequency of your nighttime emissions?
