For me it's very normal to pee in the shower. I do it at home, in hotels and even in public showers. The only place where I don't do it is in public showers with no divisions because I'm afraid of getting someone peed. Is this normal for you??? What do you think about it???

I have heard that pee is pretty sterile and people tend to think it is a lot more full of germs than it is. I guess that it mainly gets gross after it sits for a while and bacteria have time to grow.

Maybe it can get bacteria or carry diseases, that's why I use sandals. Oh and another time when I pee, you know open public showers, the ones in beaches and pools, that are not covered because are unisex and no one gets naked because they're mainly for getting rid of clorine and salt. I workout 4 times a week, and swim 3 times a week, or go to yoga, so I'm allways showering in public showers. I never know what I'll step in, so flip-flops fit in my pack sack, and take up little room. And it's okay to wear them on the pool deck.

There is a cream that can get rid of it... basically antibiotics.

i dont think u get ring worm in the shower, i think that on wrestling mats, i think u get athletes foot in a lockerroom shower, but it can be prevented by peeing on ur feet in the shower, my science teacher told us that, lol

I've peed in the shower only in the privacy of my own home and do it seldomly, because I prefer to use the toilet. I think peeing in a public shower is sort of disgusting, I love to go swimming at my university, and more than a few times I'll take a shower and out comes from under the partition, someone's yellow stream, so yeah that's sort of nasty to me. I don't think peeing in the shower itself is too nasty, but have consideration and don't do it in a public place, or at least when no one else is around.
This flip-flop idea I'm hearing about is actually rather smart, I think I'll do this from now on.

Something to remember if you like peeing the shower like myself. PLEASE, after you pee, if the water has not got the urine from the floor, maybe because you peed in a place far from the stream or because you peed before running the water or after, please throw a little water so that the urine cleans up. I always pee where the water can get the urine, and the urine disappears. But at the showers of my gym lately, there's people who pee but leave the urine there and the smell is horrible. So if you pee in the shower, clean it.
