Jogging on rebounder 20 minutes 3x per day. Average pedometer reading: 9154 steps/hour.

Supplements: 1 multi-vitamin per day. Last ejaculation: July 15, 2009 (17 days)

I guess the only truly “active” people are those whose job involves vigorous physical activity.

Broke my abstinence as well. :( Time abstained: 30 days.

First time I managed to reach 30 days since a year ago today. :)
