My name is Baseer. I am glad I found this site in which others that are experienced could help me out with my problem. Ok, so I have been devoting my self to prayer and the help of God because I really want to stop MB. No joke! As a Muslim, you are not allowed to MB but having a WD is ok because its not under your control. Its the holy month for Muslims called Ramadan, so we fast just like how Christians and Jews do. I learned from my the Priest that when you fast, your body temperature decreases so less blood flows through your veins. Less food in your body which contains sugar prevents any urges through out the day for me. So I stopped MB for 15 days. But then I lost control at night when I ate lots of junk food before i went to sleep and MB in the middle of nite. I felt so bad when I woke up later! 15 days I did without MB! Damn..so thats where Im at right now. Because when i use to frequently do it, i felt depressed and disgusted at myself also cuz u could get med problems as well. So now with the help of advise and encouragement I know I can do this! if i had the will power to stop for 15 days i know i could do it for 30!
