What is this article based on? It sounds like the moment you realize you have been aroused for more than a few seconds you are obligated to ejaculate (I imagine as quickly as possible). That would spell doom for teenagers especially who are almost in a constant state of arousal, and can't be expected to masturbate any time they can't get their erections to calm down.

If true, then it would suggest that premature ejaculation is the healthiest normal choice, and "edging" or tantric sex is bad for you, or doing anything to delay orgasm, and so there go any mind-blowing intense orgasms or huge volumes of semen. Is this correct?

It also would suggest that if you wake up BEFORE a wet dream was going to happen - meaning erect and it feeling inevitable or very close within a few strokes, that you MUST do this or else suffer health risks?

Guys, don't edge, is not healthy for you, if you feel like ABing, do it. But you need to do it the right way, or else, you wont get what you was seeking in the first place. I tend to ejaculate in really big volumes, and if i get to excited i get blue balls (thats whats this article is all about).

I totally agree with this subject matter! I was ABing in the past and edging as well- I got blue balls. It was so painful. I thought that i have hernia My family gp checked my testicles. The minute that he touched my testicle i almost hit him cause of extreme pain. He bluntly told me that i need to ejaculate regularly. That i need to clean my tubes. The cord behind my testicles at that time was also hard-i think that it was clogged.

I've never milked, but may do so.

Question: how does milking differ from MB? Isn't the end result the same?

As for the original post the links no longer work.

Surely Milking is the same as MB if there is ejaculate or semen then it has to be the same. So where has the addiction stopped here.

I do not suffer with Blue Balls (right now) and I do not deny it exists but seems to me too many people are not focused and if they are then it is only one thing. Change your mind, change your attitude.

You have to have will power and just because you are ABing does not mean you should not have normal relations with your wife.

this is true for me. if you are ABing and watching erotic material without trying to ejaculate, it would lead to many health issues. i have erectile dysfuction. i think the main reason for this, is watching erotic material without trying to ejaculate.

if this habit continues, even when having normal relations with wife , you tend not to have erection because your erotic material hijacked it.
