Well if a guy has never had one and he woke up with somthing like this on his sheets or underwear he'd know it was a WD instead of freeking out thinking he peed himself especialy if its allready dry. IMHO if you dont want to see the pics dont look at this thread. Cuz by reading the comments from other guys they seem to apreciate the pics.

I think it's encouraging for guys who are abstaining and waiting for a wet dream to see what can be accomplished. Also, when some of us do manage to mess our beds/underwear we're so happy about it want to "share"! It's also interesting to see the volume of ejaculate/size of stain in relation to length of time abstaining.

I like the pics, and hope more guys will post. If you don't, then don't look at this thread.

I know with everything like this it will attract strange people who look at this stuff for creepy reasons but I dont care about them because I dont know them and they dont know me. I just think the photos are interesting and am glad there are some that document this thing. Just think of all the billions of wet dreams throughout history and there is no real scientific study on them or knowledge of what causes them, or even of any physical proof or photographs. Without even that it makes wet dreams seem as rare or like a myth as Bigfoot. Because I am sure there are people who get off looking at really hairy men but that should not stop people taking photographs of it and posting them if he exists!

To me the picture kind of is not quite some badge of pride because I get wet dreams if I want them or not, so I am not really trying. But it does seem like it unifies us with a common experience, like if geeks all wear glasses or anything that separates you from everyone else and so you dont hide it. Just be glad what we have is not a physical deformity but just some evidence left behind. Like maybe the ectoplasm slime in Ghostbusters!

Pictures also show how usual or unusual what happens to you is. If you were wondering if the amount you ejaculate is average, too much, or too little, some pictures for comparison will help. They will also show how the stain is soaked in more with different material or easier to see with different color underwear, or what it looks like when it dries. It can answer questions of if it happens when you are hard or soft, or get hard during the process, like if the stain is in different places, or if it oozes or squirts, if it is a long stain. Or it might prepare you if you never had one. In my case thoughts of it being like really wetting the bed scared me, and if I saw how small real wet dream stains were compared to a bedwetter bed then I wouldnt worried so much. I never ejaculated before that so didnt know anything about semen or what it was like or how much came out.

So if it bothers you so much then dont look! This thread is clearly labeled so anyone who looks in here and complains isnt being very smart. It would be like a forum called "pictures of broccoli" and people who hate it looking at it anyway then telling us how disgusting it is and how we are somehow bad for taking pictures of it and looking at it.

I COMPLETELY agree with Jamie. We're all on this forum because we're interested in having wet dreams and knowing more about them. Posting pictures of the results is just another part of learning more about this aspect of being male. There's nothing offensive or pornographic about them, and no one is being forced to look at this thread.

Which one? Your questions all seem to center around folks' motivation for posting pictures. The main motivation seems to be that forum members are interested in seeing what the aftermath of a wet dream "looks like" to enhance their understanding of wet dreams -- which seems to be the main motivation for the forum in the first place.

I don't see how users contributing photos for this purpose is any different than, for example, contributing to threads about semen volume of a WD, threads about WD frequency, or answering the user poll questions about how much pre-cum you secrete before ejaculation.

The great thing about the Internet is that it is cheap to transfer bits, and it is easy to ignore things that you're not interested in. I personally think that the signature attached to each of your posts is a waste of electrons/photons (possibly more electrons than the WD photos), but it is easy enough for me to ignore, so I wouldn't normally raise a fuss about it.

Why are we having this argument? There are over 7000 views on this thread, so obviously some guys like to post pics of the results of their wet dreams, and some guys (and girls?) like to see them. Isn't that reason enough?

I was asking why people post them. I've had WDs before and I've never felt compelled to post my WD-pics to this forum (or take pictures in the first place.) I'd like to understand why people are posting pics.

They post pictures because it's good for the planet: it helps daisies grow in western Iceland and appeases the wrath of the volcanoes in the southern hemisphere. How about that for an answer ?
People here have spent the last 5 days explaining that it's a simple matter of offer/demand, and maybe pride. If you can't understand a straight answer, then please do us a favor and give it up... I hate being antagonistic, but man is your obliviousness to a simple fact and persistence in demanding an answer, becoming quite annoying.

Although I haven't posted pictures of WD, I am planning to post some after I have my first one. MY REASON TO POST PICTURES IN THE FUTURE IS TO SHOW OTHERS THE SIGNS THAT THEY MAY HAVE HAD A WET DREAM. AS WELL, IT GIVES ME PRIDE TO SHARE MY ACCOMPLISHMENT TO THE OTHER MEMBERS THROUGH PHOTOGRAPHS. There, now you have an answer Thursday.

Furthermore, I respect your opinion that you don't see a purpose for these photos being posted, but I have used these photos to check for similarly sized stains in my sheets on a daily basis. The photos have given me a point of reference for when I have my own first WD.

Finally, if you are put off by these photos, I kindly ask that you refrain from opening the threads that have a paperclip next to the name. This indicates that a photographic attachment is on the thread. By avoiding these threads, you do not get offended and other members are able to post in the thread without getting into an argument with you.

I had a very interesting and a bit embarrassing wet dream last night. I was wearing an older pair of regular briefs instead of boxer briefs so that was unusual but also I just happened to have my camera near me and when I woke up nobody was home so I didnt have to feel like I was sneaking around. So because of all of this I actually took a picture which you can see below, and I put it in this thread since I didnt know where else to put it!

It is hard to describe the dream because a lot of it had to do with stuff like emotions, sensations and smells that are hard to make other people understand, and these really had nothing to do with what was going on in the story of the dream, if it really is a story!

I remember being in my room when I was a few years younger. I was playing with a vine growing outside the window which was moving by itself! When it touched my finger there was a strong and loud vibration which was kind of like a bee and so that scared me and I tried to not let it touch me.

Suddenly I realized that someone was in the room with me! On my bed sleeping was this guy people used to make fun of. I wasnt his friend either but didnt tease him. He even had his glasses on while sleeping. He just had on a white shirt and underwear and I could tell he had an erection and suddenly I saw it bulge out and a stain happen and I realized he had a wet dream! Just then the room has a strong semen smell but strangely it was the dry smell like when you have a wet dream but it dries before you can wash it.

Suddenly I had to pee but there was knocking on the door and some guys were trying to break in to do something bad or just make fun or tease or spread rumors or something. I was struggling to keep the door open and it took a while before I found a lock. It wasnt because I was paralyzed because I didn't WANT to move in case they would see me there, though I think if I tried to move I would be stuck. I just had a slight weakness and numbness and a feeling of heaviness.

It was just like my older wet dreams where I really thought I was peeing and people would discover me - I could not realize it was happening again. But slowly I realized it must be a dream because I began to transition to being in my real bed and feeling my own erection and the twitching feelings in my penis as the pee flow started to have a slow rhythm to it. Oddly I realized I was not on my back like in the dream but on my stomach!

Then when I opened my eyes and pulled off my protective boxers this is what I saw which had soaked onto the boxers too and a little onto the sheet where it was harder to see..

Oh, I did not know the underwear was so bad. I dont wear them because they are briefs not because of color.
