WDs in Movies or TV...

i dont know if it was certian but i watched a flim called the dark is riseing wasnt really good but was forced to watch.

i think there was a scene were the main charchter was thrown out of room by his big brother whow thre w hid pair of boxer shorts and kinda teased about dunno for sure cuz it was kinda quick but me think ther was ment to be a stain maybe WD stain or he wet the bed which i doubt.

I have seen two movies with WD. “Skipped Parts” with Bug Hall has a good sequence that shows what he is dreaming, his waking up and discovering the mess and then going to talk to his mother about it, which is rather weird. The whole movie is about Bug and his girlfriend wanting to learn all they can about sex before they have to experience it.

The other movie “When Beckham met Owen” is a Chinese movie with sub-titles which has a humorous approach to WD. It also shows what he is dreaming and then putting his shorts in the laundry. The point of the story seems to be two boys growing up where one is attracted to the other. I don’t really recommend it because it’s not what I consider a great movie.

I just saw Skipped Parts too and was going to mention it here. I never woke up saying UGH and Im not sure how his semen got onto his belly where he wiped it but not on his pajamas. So even that was not realistic. But who would go to their mom like that, and what mom would do what she did???

Oh and I saw some of When Beckham met Owen. I could not understand it there were no subtitles. But I did see the part where I THINK he had a wet dream.

Well actually it looked like he had 4 in a row. I could not tell if they were all in the same night or different nights. He just sort of wakes up and lifts up the sheets then is shown putting something in a bucket? The dreams didnt seem like wet dreams at all. Not sure how that fit in the plot but anyway.

I guess how these movies accurately portray real life WDs are that men often report having WDs when they are away from home, and men sometimes report sexual symbolism in their WDs such as washing machines spewing out water.

Then this leads us to think about how others have a wd as well. Some people could have a ridiculous dream that can trigger it.
But I am noticing a trend with these movies and wds. What causes them, and why they happen.

Which also brings up an anime that has a wd scene in it... which is called Campus... wikipedia it. I remember seeing it a year ago when I was spending the night at my friend's flat for a school project. It is a eroge anime so keep in mind it is specifically meant to be erotic. I just saw it more close resembling smutty porn but in anime.

a funny TV sketch show called Kevin and Perry shows two teenage boys at puberty and portrays a typical stereotype of teenage boys.

In the 1990s series "Picket Fences," an episode opens with Lauren Holly doing a striptease for a 13-year-old boy. Then we find out that the boy, Matthew, is having a dream. He wakes up and finds that his penis has exploded. He talks to his dad (Tom Skerritt) about it and learns he had a wet dream. Matthew always imagined his semen would come out as a pellet. Later Matthew and his younger brother discuss masturbation. Matthew asks his dad if he's ever done it, and the dad denies it. Matthew asks his doctor mother (Kathy Baker) about masturbating. There is another wet dream scene with Lauren Holly. At the end of the episode, their older sister (Holly Marie Coombs) gives them advice about masturbating. This was the subplot of the episode, but I can't remember what the main plot was.

Okay I saw the Picket Fences episode. The kids wet dreams had nothing to do with the rest of the plot. Well except for the mystery of sex. And his younger brother wasnt even in the episode.

He actually has 2 wet dreams in it. Not sure how far apart they happen. They did not seem realistic at all. At least I never had any that had all this talking in them. I think they were trying to be funny. I mean with the X-box and chocolate cake. In a dream you would just be playing the game or eating the cake. And I guess what he would be doing with the woman they could not show on TV. But if he suddenly found himself kissing her in bed and then woke up that would be enough and the only thing we would miss would be the feelings he had.

There is really funny (for teens) movie called 'Wierd Science' from 1985. Two teen boys turn a barbie doll into a real woman. There is a reference to WDs when one guy wakes up, saying 'That was the wettest dream I have ever had..'. The whole movie is full of those kind of inferences and references.

There was also a movie in 1983 with Tom Cruise called 'Risky Business'. Pretty steamy movie. At one point he either starts MB or has a WD - can't remember exactly.
