Well, I went about 5 and a half weeks without self-stimulation, and finally, what started as a lot of leakage during a BM turned into a full-on ejaculation with orgasm as I was getting my underwear back on. I'm not sure what comes next, but I'm not really an actively sexual person anymore. WD or not, I hope my body will learn to do this on its own more often. :)

Hi, charly. BM = Bowel movement. Did you ever have fluid or semen leakage when pushing to do a #2? This, to me, is different from a full and complete ejaculation with orgasm, which I eventually had yesterday without intending to. It was unintended, but I think a lot of people even consider the leakage I was describing earlier as SE. What do you think?

I have experienced some leaking while BM but ony few drops.
As it was unintended and without orgasm, if i did understood well:
To me it's definitively SE, even i never had SE.
