My transition from regular masturbator to not masturbating.................................

Right from the time I first discovered masturbation I used to be a kind of chronic masturbator. I would masturbate daily, at times twice a day, sometimes thrice and at times perhaps even more.

So for most part of my life I used to masturbate a lot. I am 43 years old, nearing 44 this year so you can imagine. The longest I had ever abstained was like 7 to 8 days. Though there were times when once or twice I abstained for like 30 – 32 days. I had experienced wet dreams then too but very infrequently because I never really gave my body a chance to have wet dreams because I would masturbate regularly.

From last year 2016 I started masturbating infrequently because I wanted to experience wet dreams on a regular basis. So while I did masturbate oft and on last year, I still managed 15 wet dreams in the year.

This year 2017 I decided not to masturbate at all and so far I have had 15 wet dreams already, with over 3 months to go I am bound to take this tally up.

Mind you I watch porn daily but still I don’t masturbate. I am also constantly checking out girls’ arses and breasts in the street / malls and everywhere and still I don’t masturbate. So I arouse myself and still refrain from masturbation.

To have stopped masturbating itself is a big thing for someone like me who was a chronic masturbator and plus to think that I do not masturbate despite constantly arousing myself visually / mentally.

I even plan to refrain from masturbating the whole of next year 2018. Let’s see……..

The good thing is that since I have stopped masturbating my body has started rewarding me with wet dreams and so abstaining is paying rich dividends. I get wet dreams quite frequently. Let’s say if the frequency was not good and I had to wait 60 days or 90 days or more for a wet dream then I would perhaps have felt that it’s not worth the wait and may have resorted to masturbating again. Luckily I have wet dreams rather frequently at my age 43 which is very satisfying. I just feel on hindsight that had I given up masturbation when I was in my teens I would have probably been one of those guys who had 2 wet dreams per week!

I guess the key is when you make up your mind not to masturbate then the MIND takes over the BODY and commands the body to release the semen / sperms through wet dreams because the mind knows that there is no other way to release the sperms because the body has stopped masturbation.
