I'm curious about the average time you guys are staying asleep. A couple of things worth discussing:

    Has your sleep length or quality changed as you've gotten older?
    Do you sleep differently on weekends?
    How much does stress affect your sleep?
    Do you wake up feeling refreshed or tired?
    Do you stay asleep the entire time, or do you wake up suddenly or toss and turn?
    Does your sleep quality seem to affect WDs?

yes, i don't really stay up late anymore and not feel good if a sleep in the morning or afternoon, i meant going to bed at 6am and sleep up to 2 or 3 pm :?

not really unfortunatly maybe woke up 30mins or 1hr later if i'm lucky
How much does stress affect your sleep?
i have bad sleep for like 20yrs so it's hard to tell, but doesn't help for sure

i never feel good really, either tired or feel like i can't wake up because too much sleep
Do you stay asleep the entire time, or do you wake up suddenly or toss and turn?
it's hard to tell i know for year i have a crital time at around 4am where i wake up, not every night but it can be on regular basis
I toss and turn when i woke "too much",and I have trouble to go back to sleep
Does your sleep quality seem to affect WDs?
i would say no sleep no WD, i have not enough WD to tell
