I'm on nofap reboot (I'm not masturbating) and I've had wet dreams before. Last night after 4-5 hours from falling asleep I had a sexual dream (I was completely asleep) and the problem is that I think I woke up at the exact moment I was ejaculating, I think I felt the orgasm half asleep half awake...

Have you ever woken up during ejaculating after a wet dream? is a wet dream considered a wet dream only when you wake up after the whole thing is finished?

Extra note for people here who are on a nofap reboot: have this ever happened to you? I've been depressed since yesterday because of it...

i don't really understand the issue you have about WD or not WD
i can only speak for me: but i always wake up at some point, from before ejaculating to after.
As adult i never woked up in the morning to only then discover that i had a WD, i think that would be sad
So i would say : yes this is a WD

I would definitely call that a WD. Many guys wake up at the point of ejac. or shortly thereafter. Rarely have I slept the entire night and only discovered a WD in the morning.

waking up at the point of ejaculation is a classic wet dream experience. you need to relax and enjoy the experience. to do that you need not worry about cleanup or semen stains. Just relish the fact that your brain treated you to a dream hot enough to make you come without any physical stimulation.

Sounds like a WD to me. I used to wake up at the build up to ejaculation, even trying to clamp down on my pubococcygeus (PC) muscles - but it was always too late or I just couldn't stop it at all!

Modar1, that's my usual experience. I think most guys wake up at least partially while they're ejaculating from a WD. Sometimes I get up and sometimes I fall right back asleep.
