Around 12-13, I was late compared to other guys in my year who would ask me if I knew what an orgasm was (I didn't). I think I heard people talking about masturbation so ending up trying it out. I had dry orgasms before I started ejaculating.

Q. What was the greatest orgasm you've ever had? Details?
I had an amazing dry orgasm where I had my eyes closed and I was rubbing my nipples. I was picturing energy from the stimulation flowing down to my penis, I was getting waves of pleasure until I orgasmed and it was great. I was picturing the energy as a gold flow and when I orgasmed I felt as If I was surrounded and enveloped by gold sexual energy. It was a full body orgasm.

WDs were mentioned once or twice in the puberty talk at school but I never understood it since I never got them due to masturbation. I thought it was just a dream with naked people in it, I didn't know you ejaculated. I started NoFap last April (had some minor relapses, less than 5), I had my first WD at day 20 I think and it was only after 3 WDs that I found the forum. I wasn't trying to have them in the beginning I was just not masturbating.

Yes had 9 WDs and 3 almost SEs during exercise where I almost came or would have come if I'd carried on the exercise. I didn't want to SE because it would put off WDs.

Yes I've had maybe 7 HFOs. One was in the morning, I had a boner and I was just holding a kegel and a crunch at the same time. Others were through nipple stimulation or just feeling my body and my PC muscles. It's important to be completely relaxed, I meditate first or it doesn't work. I tried Key sound method for a while, I got pleasurable feelings but I couldn't get the sound consistently right so I stopped that.

I'm not too sure definitely over 100 days though. Since April I've MB 5 times more or less.

A. the first one I didnt know for sure how to react, I knew what it was but it was also a strange feeling and I had never felt or seen semen coming out of me before.
