Thursday is the last day of the Lent challenge. Good Friday is when Lent has officially ended. I know a few have knocked themselves out already, but don't fret, there will be a "spring into summer" challenge shortly.

For those who have set your various AB goal levels and have achieved it at this point, you are now in the home stretch. Good going and hopefully you learned something about your will and determination. I know that so far over the course of lent, I've had 4 WD-denied wake-ups. It took a lot of energy to avoid resorting to MBs in those awkward moments. I also included avoid SE in my goal, just to make it extra challenging -- my challenge choice was WD or bust.

Now for those who are feeling extra eager, bonus points for the "bonus round" -- if you can make it past Easter Monday you get extra credit and creed.

Make sure you post back after the challenge is over to let everyone know how you made out.
