It's a "spontaneous" ejaculation while your body is in a very relaxed state, not brought on by sexual arousement.


How is it different then MBing?

There is no touching or intentional muscle contraction by the mind.  Ejaculation will sometimes happen when semi-soft.


When is it achieved?

You need to be completely relaxed.  Your body and mind must be free of any tension or stress.  A hot shower before bed or reading a book while in bed unwinding. 



Steps to bring it on:

Make sure to empty your bladder before doing this.  When you are in a very relaxed state, laying stretched out on a bed, first focus on your groin region.  Relax the muscles in this region.  Completely release control by forcing the area either become heavy or light (based on how you interpret "relaxed").  Throughout, relaxed can mean you feel weighted down or you feel light, like you are floating.  You want to "release control" over these muscles.  You may start to feel tingly or numb in this area.  If you have that absence of feeling in the area, then you want to move on.  You want to slowing move this feeling down your legs, releasing control of your muscles in your legs, focusing on making your legs heavy/light. 

Keep your mind empty.  Don't think of anything sexual or think about anything but releasing control in the area being worked on.

You might to start to feel twitching in the penis.  Remember not to start regaining control of these areas.  Let the twitching happen as the blood flows to this area.  This is the same thing that happens with "morning wood".  Completely relaxed state and blood flows where it will.  If you start getting hard, don't think about it or "feel" your erection.  The area should remain tingly or numb.  If you draw attention to it, your muscles will tense back up.  If that happens, just start over, back with the groin, releasing the tension and control, then back down to your legs.   It is very common to have to redo this over a few times in a session if you get overly excited.

Back to your legs, keep that "flowing" down to your toes, releasing your tension and control out your toes.  At this point you'll either feel paralyzed in the bottom half of your body, or you'll be fast asleep.  I do recommend you do this in a quiet and dark environment to deter from distractions.  If you fall asleep, don't worry, there is plenty of time to try again.  Perhaps it might be enough at this point to lead to a WD.

With your bottom half feeling numb/weighted-down/floating, you want to return to your groin and start moving that feeling upwards.  Through your chest and out your arms.  It is important that you are stretched out in a way that all your extremities are relaxed and not being laid on or physically weighted down by another part of your body (as in your are laying on your back and not on either side of your body.

Keep that tension and muscle releasing flowing upwards and out your arms.  Let the energy flow out your fingertips.  Feel your heart beat.  Keep your mind clear of thought, sexual arousal or tension.  You'll start to feel your body either weighed down completely or floating.

Now the final part.  You want that tension and control to release in your neck and head.  You want the energy, tension, and control to flow up to your eyeballs, and out of your head.  Feel how relaxes your eyelids are.  Let your eyeballs roll back into your head.  Focus on letting go.  Let your body guide you.

At this point, the first few times I got scared about this feeling.  I felt my heart racing and starting to have a feeling like my soul was leaving my body, and I panicked and thought I might be killing myself, so I tenses up and lost the feeling.  You want to accept the feeling.  Keep in your mind everything will be fine.  Don't let your body start to tense up.

Oh my god am I erect?  No, don't you dare think about that.  Don't try to feel the erection.  Continue to ignore it.  Don't start thinking about sexual things to try to "arouse" things or make things hard.  Focus on having your tension, control and energy flowing out your eyeballs.  Move your focus on letting your soul become unglued, untethered from your body.  Accept the numbness and tingle.  Release control to the numbness.  Focus on this state and remaining in this state.  If you slip out, quickly get back to the state by following the steps to release control in those areas regaining control.  It'll be quicker to get back to this state.  It'll take seconds rather than minutes.

It your body itching to have a release, it'll do so while you are in this state.  If you have a feeling that your need to urinate, don't tense up.  Follow that feeling.  Let the blood flow to allow for the urination.  It won't be urine coming out, if anything.  Remember to focus on the feeling, the acceptance of numbness.  It is way to easy to start thinking about your groin or that feeling in your penis.  It is important to just let it pass and let your muscles flow to their own rhythm.  If there is any twitching or pressure, let it out, let it flow out. 

If your body is ready, it'll know what to do.


Now onto some facts.

- More often then not, your body may not be in a enough of a relaxed state for this to work. Don't get mad. Take it as a lesson and training.
- I more often then not fall asleep before I get to the final state.
- Don't get depressed if you don't have a release. Your body may not be ready. It's not like you have a WD every night, right?
- Sometimes I could get myself in this relaxed state that leads to a ejaculation as soon as 2 days after a prior release (in particular if it was a WD). I've had WDs that were 1-2 days apart before. I even had 2 WDs in one night before. Sometimes it could take weeks.
- This relaxed SE is not a WD. It does put your body into that same state, and you do release control of your body to let it release, if it is ready.
- It might not be for everybody.
- You could try thinking about sexual arousal things, but I'd caution on that. If you are having trouble releasing while your mind is empty, thinking about something sexual might give you that last push over the edge. I would discourage that as it will almost most likely start causing your body to tense up and out of this relaxed-induced ejaculation.

This is really helpful thanks jessieboy, I tried it last night and managed to get to the 'numb' full body state twice, I could feel an orgasm coming but kept tensing up again once I knew I'd got to the 'out of body' part. I'll keep practising : ), it's a good way to relax at the end of the day too

It does take practice, but that's remarkable progress to get there on your first night trying.

I've tried 3-4 times since last successful time early Dec. First 2-3 times I feel a sleep (but had a great and "hard" sleep) and a great feeling in the morning.

The other morning I tried (since I got up earlier then I needed to) and got to the numb state and was fully relaxed and I could feel my body gearing up for a release, but I got disrupted by someone.

It is a great way to unwind. Just been a lot of very tiring and stressful days, so as soon as I hit the pillow, I'm asleep in < 5 min :)
