Yeah i know the feeling when you sleep naked and cant fall asleep cause it feels so different.

The question i have is : Do you have more often WDs when you sleep naked?

Or do you think it was just a coincidence?

It varies with the person, but some guys say that sleeping naked helps them get WDs. But from what we've seen at this site, it's also not unusual for serious ABers (abstainers from MB) to start sleeping naked anyway, so their WD successes are often while sleeping naked, simply because AB leads to both sleeping naked and to WDs.
