Today i am on day 22 of no fap and after day 14 i started facing retrograde ejaculation and one day it hurted so much that i was travelling with my family and i had to stop the car to go to bathroom and had to get the semen out of my penis by pressing from bottom to top like a tooth paste. It has gotten a bit less now but how it will stop? Internet says its a sign of infertility? I definetely dont want that.
Secondly, my urine is so cloudy and internet tells me i am wasting extra proteins from my body?
What kind of changes i am facing? I am so confused. Please help.

You may produce many prostatic secretions and your body is trying to get rid of it.

i know some poeple have issue while ABing.
These issues are of many kind, it does include pains: in balls, scrotum or other places.

Well when i MB it's just a 10 second pleasure and in return a whole lot of regretfulness. Dullness and drowsiness the next day. I would rather face the consequences of ABing than MB again. It was very difficult to touch the first 14 days and since i achieved it. I dont plan on doing it again. Since alot of people experienced the similar thing i hope i will pass through these changes. If all else fail, then maybe i would visit the doctor.

Everyone is different. You apparently have a large production of semen, which has to go somewhere. If there is no ejaculation, excess semen may be discharged in large amounts with a spontaneous emission. Or it may be leaked slowly into the penis or bladder. In any event, it's just your body taking care of business.

Some men (usually older) can have retrograde ejaculation. There would be an orgasm, but due to problems with various internal sphincters the semen is ejected retrograde into the bladder.

Let's understand the mechanics and physiology here of the systems involved. All the products that make up semen - prostatic secretions, sperm in its own fluids that's stored in the seminal vesicles alongside the prostate, fluids from the Cowper's glands, so forth - are all produced downstream of the bladder and its primary sphincter muscle, which divides the prostatic urethra from the actual bladder entry. A retrograde ejaculation, by definition, is one where the ejaculate is prevented from exiting the penis by any of a number of forms, such as pinching the meatus closed, inserting a plug, so forth - and there is sufficient semen produced and pressure generated by the ejaculatory musculature that the fluids overcome the bladder sphincters and are forced into the bladder.

Pain in the vicinity of the prostate, cloudy urine, aching in the genitals is all a strong indicator of a UTI - urinary tract infection. These are easily dealt with, but NEED TO BE DEALT WITH by a medical professional - and quickly. Leave a UTI go for too long, and things can go badly quickly - like from a prostatic infection to a bladder infection to a kidney infection - and then to hospital for some time.

Get to a doctor, don't hide anything, tell him/her everything that's going on - they've heard it all before, and this is no time to be embarrassed or withhold information - it's all important.
