If you abstain for long periods of time wet dreams will occur. The more you abstain the frequency of wet dreams also increases. All the best.

Thank you. Yes you need to abstain from masturbation. Once you get a wet dream continue to abstain and the cycle of wet dreams continue and you keep getting wet dreams because you have stopped wanking.
