I read your answer in the other post as well.
I do understant that you fell angry about breaking 3 yrs AB.
Just remember that (is your profile is correct) you are 18 yrs old so you did start at 15 yrs. You can go through the
forum you won't find a lot of people who did AB for 3yrs and less that did this being a teen.
Even if you did break you AB you've already did something great; congrats for that
Maybe that will give you strengh to go forward for another streak.
What has been done cannot be change. you will have to go with it, but you may learn for your 'mistake'
As you're 18yrs let's say that one of your first lesson as an adult:
it's easy to screw up thing in an second of weakness for poor outcomes. thus always think twice ...
this one come for free as the consequences are not that bad....and be sure they can be really worse.
Don't think to much about it, concentrate on the future now.....

It's a big accomplishment at 18 to have been ABing for 3 years. Yes, this is a bump in the road, but look at what you've accomplished so far, and see what you can accomplish in the future.
