I've experienced it but I don't know how to call it. Maybe a Lucid Wet Dream hahaha

Often times, people enter the early stages of sleep without realizing it. Studies have been done in which people lay for roughly 20 minutes on a bed, and were then asked whether or not they had fallen asleep. Many say no, but their EEGs show signs of early sleep. During this early phase, people often report interesting things like they they "dream" or "think" about falling down (for instance they trip down a curb) and they are instantly woken up in a sense of panic as if it were really happening. This specific event is called a hypnic jerk.

Personally, what you describe has happened to me. I would be drifting off into sleep and seemingly my mind-wandering would transition into dreaming, but past a certain point, it would feel as if I entered the "wet dream zone" of sleep, and then I would have a wet dream. So I would say it's just a regular wet dream, and not a spontaneous ejaculation since you're not fully conscious at that point. It might also be a lucid dream depending on your control over your thoughts during that point in time.
