Not an expert, but pretty sure I've experienced the sensation you describe. It is likely related to the perineal muscles and/or prostate. With less activity, muscle could change in tightness/tension or looseness, perhaps moreso with an AB pursuit. Note that the ureter (tube), carrying urine from the bladder to the urethra, is surrounded/controlled by the prostate gland, which also regulates semen release. Probably a combination of the factors applies to your situation My most intense orgasms have involved those elements, and moreso with prostate stimulation. Everything is so closely situated and they work togethe, and even a full bladder might put pressure against the prostate. Might not be a problem per se. Check some stuff out about those "parts" online and you can probably help figure out or understand what/why you are feeling.

A full bladder definitely puts pressure on the prostate and seminal vesicles. I have found that if I have a very full bladder, the orgasm / ejaculation is more pleasurable. And for some reason holding my breath increases the pleasure. CAUTION: Men have suffocated by using ropes, plastic bags, elastic bands, etc. to enhance the breath holding effects. The only safe way is to simply take a deep breath and hold it for about 30+ seconds. So have a full load of semen, a full bladder, hold your breath, stroke it and BOOM... best (solo awake) orgasm ever.

your sensations sound like pre-orgasmic stimuli generated as the seminal vesicles start approaching their full state - i.e. approaching the point where a WD will occur to release that built up sperm production.

A quick correction on physiology to snuffleupagus - the ureters are the tubes from the kidneys to the bladder, they have nothing to do with the urethra which is the entire tube from the bladder, through the prostate, and out the penis. The urethra has several distinct parts, including the pre-prostatic and prostatic urethra, the membranous urethra, the spongy urethra, and ending in the navicular fossa, a widening in the urethra just behind the meatus and inside the glans.

Semen is made up of 3 primary components - the sperm themselves, which are stored in their nutrient fluids in the seminal vesicles; prostatic secretions, which make up the bulk of semen, and components from the Cowper's glands, which secrete what is commonly called pre-cum. The prostate does not regulate semen production nor control sperm production - sperm are produced 24/7/365 by the testicles, mature in the vas deferens (the small spongy tissues you can feel on the top side of your testicles) then are transported to the seminal vesicles where they are stored until release.
