So, I have been visiting this website on and off for about 8 years or so, and in that time have continuously aimed for a WD. I wonder whether any of you, like me, use the stains in your underwear as a guide as to what has happened in the night when you were sleeping and during the day for SE and precum leakage?
I have woken up, discovering wet seamen in my underwear from a full ejaculation right through to just a few small dry stains. I have also noticed stains from SE or pre cum leaking during the day.

Does anybody else have any examples of this and is there any indication as to the likelihood of a WE?

I once had an experience where i accidently passed a bit of urine(as i had not relieved myslef before sleeping and i had dranked alot). So yes the patches on the vriefs is a good sign. I mean if the thing is sticky, i would know that it is a wet dream.

Me too. Once I was too embarrassed and hid my underwear in a drawer, which only made the stains really set in and not wash out. Sadly, I've thrown these out years ago and so there is no more record of my wet dreams when I was 14 and 15.

My experience since has been to minimize the damage to the bed and other clothing!

It is generally very obvious to me when I've had a wet dream because I always remember the dream and even the sensations. I've posted many photos.

I've also wet the bed. A few times they were "just starting to" partial accidents where I dream I start to pee on a tree trunk or brick wall and wake up doing it and stop. Recently I had a full accident, though. (Still haven't uploaded THAT photo.) Not sure why it happened except for the fact that I went to the beach the day before and peed in the ocean, and my dream was similar to that.

This recent accident was OBVIOUSLY not a wet dream, despite technically being a dozen times "wetter" than a wet dream, since I was drenched and it was obviously pee based on it not being sticky, and the strong smell.

My partial accidents were confusing though because based on the urine stain size they were almost identical in appearance to my wet dreams except that they were not sticky and smelled like pee.

Thanks Jamie really appreciate your input. I don't think I've ever actually wet the bed myself, obviously WD makes way less mess. Perhaps your body knows that you pass some seamen when peeing and in your dream state try's to pass it then too?

Yes, stains, and the smell of them, can be good indicators of what happened while we slept, especially if we didn't wake up or remember anything happening. I remember one time waking up in the morning, checking my underwear for stains, and to my surprise found a nickel sized semen stain, fully dried, in my underwear. I confirmed it was semen by smelling the stain. I was abstaining at the time, trying to get a WD, but I didn't count that as WD since the stain was so small and I had no recollection of the dream or the emission. I think I called it a "mini WD" at the time, and dismissed it being a real WD. But clearly my body had a small emission of semen while I slept, which I wouldn't have known about unless I checked my underwear for stains.

Thanks Focus, last night I decided to go totally nude. It was warm so no need for covers. My body seemed to really like this as when I was falling asleep I had a very intense erection which I could feel throbbing and pulsing very hard. I felt confident that I would have a WD alas this morning no signs. Because I was nude I can't check to see whether there was any semen or if it was an entirely dry night?

What about checking the sheets?

Well I had no covers over me, I had a look on the bedsheets under me but no signs. I have had quite a bit of leakage today in my underwear.
